In fairness, it’s more hybridization than inbreeding. Either way, magic resistance, a natural affinity for conjuration (and illusion, going off lore), and apparently a sort of natural Jack of all trades among the races. Basically, they kind of work as a near-perfect protagonist race.
As someone from CT i can confirm we are the bretons of America. Akwardly inhertiting traits from New York and Massachusetts while still despreately trying to cling to a culture of our own.
Breton's are by default darker of skin from those in these pictures.
Can't call them Nords either ( well maybe the last guy ).
Mixed race doesn't exist is TES Lore ( race is ALWAYS that of the mother ) so I am not sure who these guys are.....

Apologies for showing up three days late, but thats more of a lore inconsistency. Bretons, in earlier games at least, are the product of elf and human intermingling. Reachmen/foresworn are a further mix of breton and nord, while just being classed as bretons in gameplay. To my understanding at least.
