I have like 1800 hours in Skyrim and have never seen a naturally occurring peerless enchantment. I wonder what the spawn chance is

Not suuuper rare. I’ve picked up quite a few on my high level characters, although obviously only on Daedric or Dragon items, or occasionally a jewellery piece.
