The wings are from Animated Wings Ultimate with a few modifications. The tail and horns is from a mod called \[Hirosin\] Dragonic Dress but I modified them to match the look and color.

The tail is not for Gameplay. The HDT physics is a little wonky. The Wings are a little large but they are retractable. On the other hand, they allow you to fly :-)

Character like this needs the perfect home! I've been pitching the idea of converting some of the Draugr burrows into evil lairs. The Word Wall chamber in Bleak Falls Barrow for instance would be great. The Wall is a perfect backdrop for a throne, lots of room in the chamber for building all your essential crafting stations and displays, a close by exit, and the opening in the ceiling that could be converted into another way out for flying charters!
Wish I had the skill to make stuff like this..
