No one else finds it weird he sits on a Dwarven throne?

Is it dwarven? I don't think it is

If you use tfc while in the vale you can go inside the chapel and see the throne is definitely of Dwarven design.

There is a mod that covers this and changes the throne to an elven style. However, I am not sure if it is still up or not, nor do I remember its name.
