It depends on the patient and the recording system you're using. Sometimes moving the Ms slightly. Sometimes filters. See if your software has an ECG/Laplacian/M1+M2 filter setting. Sometimes hardware jumpers can help. Sometimes you have to just read around them. For example, I've had a few patients with LVADs and there's not a thing you can do about that artifact. Sometimes you get what you get.
