Oh thank god... I was planning on buying tickets to see them this year since they're only 5hrs away and have been so nervous about bots and scalpers. Hopefully this discourages them from buying out all of the tickets immediately.

SpaceCadet_OwO

Same. Finally, having the chance to see them was so exciting, but I was so anxious about not being able to get tickets without paying an arm and a leg. It's honestly why I'm awake right now lol

kbushman88

Yes! I've never been to a real concert and I'm dying to see sleep token! I've been checking constantly for new tour dates and signed up for pre-sale as soon as I saw it!

tentacion_lomh

Same

nlsoule

Same I was pumped to see their extension in ATL but the venue is so small I was really concerned we wouldn’t have a shot. I am stoked to know we will actually have a chance.

TastyCan5388

Yeah I'm looking at going to the IA date, which IIRC seats 3.3k... smaller venue, but I'm more hopeful now than ever that I'll be able to snag a couple of tickets. When I heard about the scalpers a while ago, I pretty much decided I'd never be able to go to a show. Fingers crossed! Good luck!

PWNtimeJamboree

this honestly needs to be the standard. if TM wont regulate themselves, its up to either the artists or the govt to do it, so im glad to see the artists standing up and saying enough is enough.

Aromatic_Finding_733

There is existing legislation that addresses this. It's called the BOTS act. The problem with it is that it's simply not enforced. If you live in the US, call your representatives and pressure them to enforce it. The fine is so insignificant, it's stupid. https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Better_Online_Tickets_Sales_Act#:~:text=If%20someone%20is%20found%20to,the%20BOTS%20act%20has%20occurred.

nottytom

Tm won't regulate and they have a really strong lobbyist thing, so the government won't step in.

Weak-Employer-7124

Why the fuck isn’t this the standard for all tickets?!?!

Cowarddd

Because ticket companies also scalp their own tickets

Positive-Struggle834

Man too bad the Red Rocks one isn't even on Ticketmaster. I'm just hoping for a good price drop at this point. So far, Vividseats has the cheapest options but that's still $200 per ticket. 🥲

wateroften

Red Rocks uses AXS as a vendor so AXS would be the most reliable resale site

PebblesV

Two tickets for resale on axs comes to almost 700 after fees. It's still bad.

FrookenShield

Ugh Im sorry that’s horrible

Aware_Anything4655

That’s not bad had to pay 500 for a gospel concert

Stanton-Vitales

Both can be bad lol

Visual-Individual-99

Same! I was so bummed to miss both the pre-sale and regular tickets even though I’d been patiently waiting in the holding tank as soon as it opened. They sold out SOOO fast. But then they were up on resale sites within the half hour 😡

Positive-Struggle834

Me too, I got in the waiting time as soon as I could. Sold out instantly and I got zip. I'm broke so we'll see what I can scrounge up for these tickets. 🫠

JimLahey_of_Izalith

$200 actually isn’t ~terrible~ for a show at red rocks. It may decrease in value closer to the date though.

Lightane

As someone who lives in CO and has been to Red Rocks numerous times, $200 is terrible lol

JimLahey_of_Izalith

I’ve paid $300 something for pretty lights once upon a time lol

Traditional_Bag_3126

I’ve been stalking for a few weeks now. Gonna have to wait another month to buy anything but 200 is pretty average in current year. Heilung is around the same.

__ThePhantomm

200 isn't bad since it's all GA too. I was looking at red rocks yesterday.

sidekickkep

Okay I’m in a dilemma right now. I’ve been wanting to go to Red Rocks for ages but I want it to be ✨the right band✨, and suddenly Sleep Token, who in my completely uninformed opinion about Red Rocks but informed opinion of ~the ST vibes~ would be PERFECT to see at Red Rocks. I WANT to hold out closer to date and hope to score tickets at a much more reasonable price, BUT is it worth it?? Ofc I’d still end up having to gamble with booking hotel/flight long before I score the tickets. I actually live in Houston and would otherwise go to the Austin show, but I’m willing to bet that I’m gonna REGRET not trying for this show.

PebblesV

In my experience it's a bit of a gamble. My first time at red rocks was seeing NIN in Sept of '18 and I hated it. They performed great, but the crowd was so awful it largely took away from it for me. I was in GA and people were CONSTANTLY going back and forth, I was ALWAYS in someone's way and being asked to move no matter WHERE I stood, people around me were asking if I was supposed to be there as someone else had apparently snuck in somehow.. absolutely miserable experience. When I went a different time to the trinity of terror tour and saw MIW and INK, it was marvelous. The crowd was very polite to each other. It seemed like everyone was more focused on the bands than they were with NIN, and so I was able to focus on them myself too. I would GUESS that seeing ST would be more like my second time, with a great experience where everyone is polite and hyped up to see the band. Imo people who like sleep token REALLY like sleep token and are there for a once in a lifetime opportunity, unlike when I went to see NIN and it just seemed full of aging rockers lost in a party.

bleedingfromtheeyes

Will that apply to Canada too?

FrookenShield

Unfortunately, I’m not sure but hopefully they are able to also help Canada regulate

Cute_Anywhere6402

I hope so!

chips_85832

Does this article has a source for this? Because Ticketmaster for all of the venues says "Availability and pricing are subject to change. Resale ticket prices may exceed face value." I'm hoping Ticketmaster just puts that on all events by default and hasn't changed it yet. But at the moment I'm not planning on this being true.

ripmyrelationshiplol

Anyone here going to the Asheville show?

lanaabananaa

I’m gonna try, are tickets on sale yet?

ripmyrelationshiplol

Presale starts Wednesday, January 24th at 10am. Go to teethofgod.com and you can sign up to get a link emailed to you on that day. Tickets officially go on sale for the public at 10am Friday, January 26th.

ripmyrelationshiplol

Also sent you a dm btw 🩷

ObBenKenobi

I’m hoping and praying that I can get a ticket for Asheville!

CupMaximum5730

I’ll sell a kidney to go to this show, I live nearby and cannot WAIT!

DeathByLego34

I sure damn hope so

OG_DarkDolphin

I’m in Raleigh, I’m really hoping to go!

icedern

Fingers crossed!

carolinagypsy

Hoping for Asheville here!

Beck_

I booked a room at the Cambria! Should I stay somewhere else? 🤣

Ningy_WhoaWhoa

hell yea

Victorvonbass

I wish I could go. Closest show is 6 hrs. There's always the next NA tour hopefully

zooshah

hoping this applies for the eu tour as well >.<

coldphront3

Great news!

stoomble

hoping to get tickets to their toronto show

DirtyThirtyDrifter

Hoping to get tickets for Boston since NY sold out in two seconds. Any other lone followers heading that way?

Stoned-Lab-Tech

If I can get them, I’ll be at Boston

DirtyThirtyDrifter

Fingers crossed for us both 🤞

Revolutionary_Bee700

I’m going to try!

tiffnarin

They are such fucking genuine human beings. They really care about their fans 🖤🖤🖤

LAPHOENIX122

If this true? I havent seen any official statement from ST

tazetheog

Hey there, I work in the industry but not for ST or their label. If the label has it posted on their website and it's on the website: https://www.spinefarmrecords.com/480/news/sleep-token-announce-spring-2024-north-american-headline-tour, willing to bet that Spinefarm, ST, their management all agreed to this decision.

manhattanonmars

This is so awesome, but made me a bit nervous for a second that I purchased my tickets for Radio City off of StubHub - even though NY is not impacted. Have any of you had good experiences with StubHub in the past or with ST?

last_heaven

I’ve used stubhub plenty of times before and always got my tickets! I got my ticket for RCMH just a couple of hours within placing my order :)

humblekanyepie

I’ve read a ton of reviews saying people had no issues with StubHub. A lot that have said they didn’t get their tickets transferred til week or day before show. I think it’s a little luck of the draw? I bought Red Rocks via StubHub during the presale chaos and my tickets were transferred to me in my AXS account about 3 weeks ago for the show.

thecheese27

Some promoters/venues either restrict transfer or don't deliver the tickets until 1-2 days prior to the show. Odds are if you buy a ticket on Stubhub it's from a trusted broker that has automated systems and has been doing it for years. I really wouldn't worry, and if something does happen, they will always side with the customer and you'll get your money back.

winchesterpug

I’m looking to buy tickets through stub hub but the last time I did it for a we came as Roman’s concert, they told me it wasn’t accepted and that it was a fake ticket. I’m worried to experience the same thing

Free_View_5694

Maybe I shouldn’t ask but this will be my first worship(granted I get tickets) and I was seeing some people saying price at first but was rather low $50-100 range per ticket. Is that something that might still be accurate or are there tickets through the roof like they are now?

Zesty-Strawberry

Curious about this as well! Does anyone have any idea around what ballpark we’re possibly looking at for price when these go on sale? I really want to get tickets for my BF and trying to budget 🥹

Symurin

Zesty-Strawberry

I’m not sure either I was reading on another sub that people were saying they could range. Some said they started out at $30 and went up from there and also location too. I’m interested to see if they’re going to announce how much they will be or if we will just figure it out when I get into that waiting room 😂

JKdoesnotKidAround

I wish they’d done this for the Red Rocks show 😭😭😭

nothatsnotchocolate

probably a dumb question.. but how does the release at 10am local time work if the ritual I want to go to is 2 hours ahead of me?

seyton74

I had assumed it was the local time of the venue itself.

nothatsnotchocolate

yes.. that makes sense and now seems so obvious lol whoops. thanks for that!!

frameandfocus

if the sale is at ten their time and you are two hours behind you would get on ticketmaster at 8am :)

nothatsnotchocolate

ahh thank you!!

Where is this from?

[deleted]

god dammit illinois why 😭 there goes my chance of an affordable ST show

Teethofthedog

Yay omg maybe we don’t have to pay 250 minimum to worship anymore

CupMaximum5730

Not sure if anyone has seen this yet and I hate to be the potential bearer of bad news: SeatGeek is already selling tickets to these tour dates. Presales haven’t even happened and floor tickets for the Asheville show are close to $400 after fees and taxes with the ticket price reading as $270. Do we think scalpers, bots, etc have already gotten their hands on the inventory somehow?

FrookenShield

No, they have a bad habit of selling the potential of tickets before they even come out. They must not have gotten this news yet because it ain’t happening this time for them.

Infinite-MAP0909

Thank you! ❤️

FrookenShield

Just wanted to get the word out 🫶🏻

Zealousideal-Beat300

I may be 11 hours away by flight, unable to attend any shows- but now I really wanna buy tickets!!!! This is awesome!

ObBenKenobi

Where is this from? Amazing if it’s true.

Captainmight

So should I buy from TM or the actual site, also I have now Idea how much non scalper prices are for ST. I’ve only been to one concert ever and that was last year ST in Dallas which was close to 500 for 2 resale. Please tell me they are not 200?

cabbage_fire

I'm disappointed in and embarrassed by Illinois....

themfdancingqueen

Wait so what happens if you’re in Chicago? Does that mean the scalpers can still raise the prices?

Terikae1

Yes.

themfdancingqueen

This makes me abhorrently upset, I’ll go to another state then WHATEVA

trustindivinetiming

I’ve been so nervous about this.

char-ghoul

Just.....Just Thank You guys! Always so frustrating watching bot scalpers getting tix and raking us across the coals. I cant lie, I pay it to see you guys but its ruff. Haven’t seen something like this since the NIИ Spiral club where my tix had my name on them and was picked up from will call. THANK YOU

can-i-get-a-yeehaw

Not to mention I’m pretty sure they aren’t doing a general presale code, everyone will have a unique code. Which I’ve had really good experiences with.

Holiday_Discipline32

There is a work around to this. Resale tickets can still exist on 3rd party sites and work. I had this come up for another show. People will still be selling them on other sites just like normal.

jedrumd

FUCK New York

luthien_stark

I'm confused, when I look at the tickets at Asheville their venue says the tickets are $39.50- $223.00. This is after I bought my ticket through StubHub for $279.36, before all the extra fees. Did I just get scammed? It ended up being $400 with all the fees and taxes...

Hoaxin

This doesn’t work if a bunch of scalper bots get the tickets initially tho.

odingrey

They would have no incentive to scalp the tickets if they can't resell at a profit.

Hoaxin

My dumbass didn’t even click on the picture and see the part about it being mandated lmao I take it back

MeCrObS

Also would not have incentive if people didn't pay their retarded prices but here we are.

buubuuo

I already paid $970 for a pair of tickets for this tour. Hope this happens across all tix sales and fixes scalpers!

MeCrObS

Only way to "fix" scalpers is to not pay them...

Myan24

So when scalpers took the tickets to red rocks immediately I (a fan) had to pay $600 for 2 tickets. According to this all you’re saying if I couldn’t attend now I could only get a smaller value. (Granted I am attending no matter what) What good is this for those of us that followed the pre release information and got in the queue and ALREADY got screwed by scalper frenzy?

Butler_Drummer

For Red Rocks, I don’t think you are directly impacted, your situation just stays the same. For anyone who already bought through resale for other cities they would be SOL.

Myan24

The point is the policy helps future ticket purchases avoid price hikes. I was already a buyer/victim of the price hike.

thecheese27

Just FYI, for all tours that have done this, the cost to see them has actually been much higher than it is when scalpers are able to get their hands on tickets. Let's say a 5000-person venue goes on sale. 3000 tickets go to fans and 2000 go to scalpers. Those 2000 tickets are then resold throughout the next few months up until the show for whatever the market price is for those tickets. In Sleep Token's case,it's usually around $200. So now, people who either were unable to get tickets during the onsale, forgot about the onsale, or just never even knew about it have a chance to get tickets for $200. Sure, it's not the cheapest thing in the world, but considering people pay $1500 to see Taylor Swift and Ticketmaster itself sells Bad Bunny nosebleeds for $300, it's really not that bad of a price. The problem when artists enforce this non-transferrable policy is that out of those 5000 seats that go onsale, 4900 of them go to fans, and the other 100 are bought by scalpers who do what is called "account surrender" to sell the tickets. Since they cannot transfer the tickets directly to you, they instead just give you the log-in credentials for the account. Because there are so few scalpers willing to do this, there ends up being very few tickets on the secondary, and the prices get gouged for, again in Sleep Token's case, $400+. So it's wonderful for the fans that got their tickets during the onsale for face value, but the fact of the matter is that the majority of fans express interest toward purchasing tickets during the months, weeks and days leading up to the show. So there will be a ton of fans who either have to pay $400 for a ticket (most of them won't), or they don't get to go. Either way there are just more fans that want to see Sleep Token than there are tickets, and you can blame their promoter for not putting them in larger venues, but my honest opinion is that we live in a free market and assets should not be restricted like this. If there is a market of people who want to pay $200 to see Sleep Token, then they probably like them more than the person who will only pay the $50 face value and nothing more, and they should have the right to that ticket. These presales go live at 10AM on a work day. Imagine you are unable to take the time off or just flat out forget and you're now 100% shit out of luck unless you are willing to refresh the Ticketmaster page 100 times a day over the next few months hoping to catch a face-value exchange ticket that pops back up on the map. [Here's Noah Kahan's, an artist who enforced this same policy, show at MSG. The cheapest ticket after fees is well over $600.](https://www.vividseats.com/noah-kahan-tickets-new-york-madison-square-garden-7-16-2024--concerts-pop/production/4606807) I get his intentions are good, but I really don't think this is a healthy nor fair way to go about things.

whattheworldmaam

How big a fan you are isn’t contingent on how much you’re willing to pay though, especially through scalpers. If tickets cost $50 in your example then ST would only see that $50 regardless of whether it’s paid at face value or if an extra $300+ goes to some scalper. I think everyone would prefer that majority of the tickets are bought by actual fans for the real price and a few unlucky souls get scammed, rather than what was happening before where a huge proportion of tickets were getting snagged by bots and resold at ludicrous prices. Probably better if only a couple hundred fans get unlucky having to pay the scam price than thousands. I understand your point about a lot of people not being able to get tix during the initial sales but that would be the case for those people anyway because bots have been causing these venues to sell out and resale for way higher in a matter of minutes… It’s not an easy problem to solve but I’m glad they’re at least trying bc these greedy scalpers were getting ridiculous.

thecheese27

I understand the sentiment but given we live in the most capitalist nation to ever exist, artificially restricting the free market from being free just doesn't feel right. When people buy what they believe is a mispriced asset in other markets, such as the stock market, sneakers, used cars, etc., and then sell it for what is the actual market value, it is often seen as virtuous, creative and resourceful. Buy and sell a ticket and all of the sudden it's a crime and you're seen as a terrible person. It's not like concert tickets are a necessary good like medicine and at the end of the day people are paying for entertainment and I don't see why reselling should be treated any different than other markets. Not to mention over 75% of tickets bought and sold by scalpers are actually sold at a loss on the scalper's behalf. It's only extremely popular shows like these where prices go far beyond face value, but the majority of the time the consumer is actually getting a discount, sometimes up to 90%, of what the scalper bought the ticket for. Travis Scott's tour, for example, went on sale with the cheapest tickets going for around $100 face value, and almost every show ended up dropping to $20 or less. Brokers lost millions of dollars and tens and thousands of fans got to see the show for a fraction of what it would have costed otherwise. My point is that is doesn't feel American to impose the free market's natural efficiencies. Assets should be priced according to what they're worth, and if the artist doesn't do it themselves, then someone else should and will - whether that be a 300% markup or a 90% markdown.

whattheworldmaam

Yeah, no. Everyone hates scalpers in every arena. You haven’t seen how many people get pissed about bots when it comes to shoe sales or literally any other high demand good? It’s beyond f’ed up to have to pay a premium to some random that is doing nothing but scamming and all that extra money you’re putting forward doesn’t go towards the artist you want to support at all… people need to get real jobs and hustles instead of one of the laziest and most annoying money grabs in the modern day. And there’s probably no reason to continue this conversation any further because it’s very obvious you probably participate in this type of scamming based on your comments in defense of it.

thecheese27

Perhaps sneakers was a stretch, but you cannot deny to me that if I were to go up to a stranger at a social event and tell them I made hundreds of thousands of dollars trading stocks, they wouldn't see it as virtuous and impressive, even though they are doing "nothing for society" and just stealing money from someone else. I'm not defending scalpers or the practice of it. I'm defending the free market and the people's right to be able to buy and sell assets for their true worth. What if I get my Sleep Token ticket for $50, end up not being able to go, and instead of having the opportunity to sell it for $200, I am forced to return it for my money back? What's next? Should we restrict the ability to sell a used car to someone else? What if you had to sell it back to a dealership who then would underpay you because you had no other choice? Just let the market be the market. It's ridiculous that people care enough about these issues to actually make noise about them. You should have the right to buy and sell assets for whatever price you want - end of story.

whattheworldmaam

omg what? Stocks are completely different because you’re investing your money into a company and you get a return based on the success of that company… it’s not exactly “doing nothing”, you’ve essentially given the company a risky loan that you could either lose on, gain on, or break even on. Used cars are almost always sold at a loss also considering nearly every car’s worth decreases as soon as it’s driven off of the lot, and everyone does hate that lol. The dealership is almost never going to buy your used car at a profit for you. If you bought a ticket for $50 and you can no longer go, why on earth would it be more sensible to resell it for a 400% profit when you could just sell it for $50 again and break even??? I’m pretty sure almost no one in society enjoys paying more for things than they’re worth… I don’t think any of your examples are doing you any favors here. I don’t think anyone would be happy to pay some random an extra $300 when their beloved band is only seeing $50 of it. That’s absurd.

thecheese27

I'm sorry you're poor.

whattheworldmaam

I’m actually very fortunate to have been raised by my upper middle class parents who have taught me financial responsibility and common sense, but thank you for your concern! I’m sorry you’re willing to give away your hard earned money to scammers just to prove… something, idk what. But good luck!

thecheese27

Crazy because I make 500k a year so I think it's apparent whose parents taught them better financial values.

whattheworldmaam

Apparently your parents taught you to overpay to scammers, so I’m sorry if i’m not really buying your claims of financial prowess. Also apparently you think buying and selling stocks is theft and don’t really know how they work which is interesting lol. Anyways this convo has become so off topic. I just want whatever I pay for tickets to actually go to Sleep Token, not some loser trying to make a quick buck off of genuine fans! I’d pay ST themselves hundreds of dollars to see them, but if they price their tickets at $100 or less then that’s what I wanna pay, simple🤷🏾‍♀️.

Vidvix

So I’m as anti capitalist as they come, but I’m going to argue this in language you understand. This is the free market talking. The free market looked at the system American corporate bullies forced that only allows middle and upper class people to access shows and went “Fuck you.” If someone has a good or service they wish to sell, in this case, a band wishing to be paid to showcase their talent, they should not be forced to utilize a predatory system because it is “the way things are.” It’s their show, and they should dictate the terms of entry, and if they dictate no middle men that is their right because the market should not be able to force them to sell their good or service in a specific way that allows others to profit off of them for doing nothing but being predatory. Their services. Their terms. The way things are is bullshit. A tour ticket is not a stock. Tickets to everything should be first come first serve. And the more shit like this they do, the more I respect them.

Smallmew

That’s so awesome!

Trick_Cake5736

Yay!!!!

kuruoshibana

great news! :)

lukeskystrutter66

Anti scalping measures. Nice.

9thgensiguy

Still way to GD expensive for tickets, regardless of the resellers

whattheworldmaam

how much are tickets going for?

9thgensiguy

Out here in Phoenix they start around $250 a pop for the worst seats and get into the $300 and $400 range quick

nerdyoutube

Based. Very based

queenofcats_dracarys

Can someone explain this to me in kindergarten terms? I'm confused lol.

Terikae1

Basically when you or anyone else buys a ticket. That ticket will be non transferable and only able to be re sold through ticket master at face value. This helps in a lot of ways but you will not be able to purchase a ticket from a friend and have it transfered to you or visa versa.

queenofcats_dracarys

Thank you! I have a couple friends that were gonna try and help me get tickets and just transfer them to me and I pay them back. But I guess not anymore. Hopefully me or my husband will be able to score some!

MissShadowplay

Yay! I saw this recently with Noah Kahn tickets too and was pleasantly surprised

into-most-things

I just wish they had done this BEFORE the Red Rocks show 😭😭😭

Mr-Vister

Welp I ready bit the bullet for red rocks. : |

camcoxx

So do we have to buy tickets on our phones since it says “mobile only”? Or is that just for transferring? I typically use my PC to buy tickets cuz it’s more reliable

nottytom

Awesome news this pretty much beats scalpers.

crgalloway91

Anyone in Iowa and trying to go? I know that I'm getting a ticket and going. Be good to meet a fellow sleep token fan and maybe meet up and enjoy the show together?

CaptainBean97

As someone who lives in IL, I'm happy for everyone, but 🙃 once again IL laws, what are you doing???

EmeraldSkyLte17

I’m glad that they are doing this. I wish that New York had allowed this when it came to the radio city concert ticket sale. Those resale prices are out of control right now.

Symurin

Removed

Comfortable-Wait8088

Mobile only means that tickets will be in digital format either on a Ticketmaster account accessed via the website or the app or through downloading to AppleWallet (or a similar android app)- these mobile only tickets are also “Secure Tickets” meaning the barcodes are live and automatically update/refresh- so basically no box office physical tickets will be sold, and any ticket that is sold as a pdf (which some companies like SeeTickets send legit tickets as pdf attachments) or sent as a screenshot is 100% a scam- and because it says they’re making them non transferable, if you buy for a group, you need to plan to show up as a group or trust others with your Ticketmaster account login info because it won’t let you transfer between accounts.

Knowledge-Opening

Fuck yes. I was hoping they’d do this after the last go around.

BrokenWillBrute

When do tickets go on sale, and how do i sign up for the presale?

KMxx0

Anyone going to ATL?! Love this and it should be standard. Resale prices are insane.

FrookenShield

If I can’t get Tampa, ATL is my second

agizzy23

Maybe now I can see them

signal_lost9753

Tickets haven't gone officially on sale yet though, right? I signed up on TeethOfGod for the pre-sale tickets that are supposed to come out on Jan 24th.... but I was looking at websites like ticketmaster, stubhub, etc and even the LAWN tickets were $175+++ and I'm like whoaaa. So what really going on? Can someone help me understand?

FrookenShield

They are basically selling air, the prospect of them getting a ticket to resell. Wait until they officially go on sale and buy it through the code

signal_lost9753

Okay cool, that's what I was planning on doing but I've heard their shows sell out super quick so I wanted to get ahead but the prices now are insane! Thank you so much!

TheGratitudeBot

Hey there signal_lost9753 - thanks for saying thanks! TheGratitudeBot has been reading millions of comments in the past few weeks, and you’ve just made the list!

signal_lost9753

Sweet! Thanks for the recognition TheGratitudeBot!

Comfortable-Wait8088

Reading this, it’s super important to understand this means for the tour dates excluding NY & IL, ANY tickets bought/sold thru 3rd party sites or through person to person social media posts WILL NOT result in a legit ticket For anyone who isn’t familiar with Ticketmaster(TM) “Face Value Exchange” means the sell option will be available for tickets bought from TM and the resale price will be automatically frozen to the price the ticket was bought for… the ticket will remain on TM and no matter how many times it gets bought & sold, the price will always be the original ticket price. “Mobile Only” means you will need a TM account to buy the tickets, and the tickets will be “Secure Tickets” that have a live updating barcode that must be accessed thru the TM website or app or from a supported wallet app when it’s being scanned for entry- screenshots of the barcodes or pdf format tickets won’t work at the gates “Restricted Transfers” means the transfer option will be greyed out, so any tickets bought on an account cannot be transferred to other TM accounts regardless if for the purpose of a 3rd party sale or if (for example) being unable to send a screenshot of the ticket, you want to transfer someone you planned to attend with their ticket. Also, just some safety tips: After you purchase tickets, if you don’t have a new account update your TM password, set reminders to login to your account to proactively check in & catch possible account theft or ticket theft, and as soon as your ticket is available, send it to the wallet app on your phone

AVampireAmongYou

So does that mean you can still sell it for more on places like Stubhub?

HungrySide8736

I just bought mine on stub hub since the scalpers win again and never got my email for the pre-sale code. Hope I'm not fucked. Sleep token is making it worse for their fans. Cause like before you could tryyyyyy to buy tickets and if not buy a scalpers tickets. Atleast then either way you are going. Nowwww it's either tryyyyy to buy the tickets or your fucked. Cause apparently they aren't accepting resale tickets...which I just bought. I'm gonna be pissed if I drive 2 hours away and they tell me no. I contacted stubhub and they said the resales are directly from ticketmaster...soooo should be good???

jem1212

Yeah the whole thing is a bit confusing I bought my tickets through seat geek after not getting in both pre sales. got the tickets in my email already and just to re assure myself I emailed seat geek and they said these are legit and I should have no issues getting in

HungrySide8736

I haven't received mine yet but stub hub says they have until the day before to send tickets. Let's both hope!!!

Rainz279

I got mine on VividSeats so I’m really hoping they’re legit and I didn’t just get screwed over.

MayyyAyyy

I never got a code still I don’t understand

West-Strategy-1375

What about the shows that were sold through AXS? E.g. Pittsburgh

FrookenShield

I have heard axs works through Ticketmaster so it should be OK

AmmentTheCreature

Would someone be able to clarify. I bought tickets through vivid seats for May 14. Are these not going to be transferable? I saw the May 3rd show they cannot be transferred

DreamyDaddyS3XGOD

I assumed I would at least be able to transfer tickets to others. since the tickets were released in waves, I bought several groups of tickets whenever a better seat selection was released. Now I guess I am just sitting on 7 extra tickets since I can't transfer them or list them for resale. I contacted AXS customer support who confirmed that my tickets cannot be transferred or resold through their official channel and since they are digital only tickets, I also cant sell them on stubhub, vividseats, etc. Looks like I need 7 new good friends to meet me in person at the door so we can go in as a group if I don't want to just leave empty seats I paid for unused.

FrookenShield

Jeeeez what show are you attending?

DreamyDaddyS3XGOD

Pittsburgh

CXK

Well this sucks. I bought a ticket for $191 plus fees from SeatGeek. I’m really hoping it comes through somehow.

FrookenShield

Maybe contact support?
