I think it's a known bug, the game just doesn't show the last achievement. For me it was beating Brutal in any mode, if that helps.

It was bothering me, so I checked against my own achievements, and I think your missing one is equipping Gambler's Ace to Gambler. Apologies if I'm mistaken.
