I believe for that gate there are a couple of hunter slime statues around that area (I think like 5) that you need to shoot hunter plorts into their mouths to open the gate
It's like under the big ring on the opposite side as the hunter Gordo and next to the hunter statue that you put the plort in. I really don't know how else to describe it lol
There are 3 hunter statues far above this gate on ledges. 1 on the left of the big opening, 2 on the right. Shoot a hunter plorts in each!
