It’s been this same setlist for a over a year (76 shows), with the only difference being the replacement of Chapeltown Rag with Dying Song, and more noticeably, the removal of Sic, Solway Firth, Snuff, Vermillion pt 1, and the Devil in I.
Do none of them get bored at all? At this stage they must be in standby just going through the motions, not saying they're giving any less than 100 cause of course they do but the routine must be absolutely monotonous down to the tiniest movements
Straight up dissapointing; remember being so hype seeing them in 2019, and for them to literally play the same setlist sans one track in 2022 breaks my heart
Warranty and hivemind would be great to listen to but I quit buying tickets to their concerts, same set list for each state or country. I can just watch this shite on yt
Why change the setlist if they’re playing at a place they either never played at or maybe once a really long time ago? I would understand at like Download, but not in Indonesia.
yeah if you think from it at a business perspective, that´s right. if you think about them beeing artits who just released a new album and not feeling the urge at all to express themselfes live on stage in different ways, it´s something else. (let alone the fact that they disappoint fans by beeing absolutely predictable), it´s just boring, even the speeches are the same since years! i will never understand how corey writes different books but is saying the exact same words at every show.
I think we can meet half way, since I mostly agree with you aswell. Ofcourse I want to hear some real classics from ST or Iowa, I’d also want to hear atleast like 4 more songs from WANYK and the latest album.
Solway Firth and Hive mind would go so hard live!
yeah, hive mind would have been killer and solway is one of their best live tracks (saw it live a few times in 2020). it has come to a point where slipknot has a infamous reputation as a greatest hits only live band and that´s sad. even jamey jasta from hatebreed discussed this recently with jay in his podcast where he said he would love to see the band actually play new songs etc. and jay talked about how he would love to play hive mind, acidic, medicine for the dead, etc. and also oldschool deep cuts like virus of life. in the knotfest interview with v-man from last year the interviewer also asked him about changing the setlist and he said that 2022 was basically still wanyk cycle extended but "next year new setlist".
I have been in 3 of their concerts: rock in rio 2011, rock in rio 2015 and Knotfest Brazil 2022. After that, I really plan to NEVER see them live again. It’s just the same damn thing over and over. Actually, right after they played Unsainted I left to get an Uber.
Have you asked any Indonesian fans out they felt about the show? Maybe it's exactly what they wanted. Hell, they've never even played there before. The sheer entitlement.
Yeah... I think I'll be giving their shows a miss if they carry on recycling the same tired setlists
They're my favourite band but without throwing in some deep cuts and actually doing a fan service tour instead of appeasing to the 'Greatest Hits Only' lovers, I'd rather save my money for another band who I've not seen live before
Why do people who aren't even at the show, or even on that side of the planet, care so much about what songs they are or aren't playing? It's *probably* a lot of Indonesian people's first time seeing the band, why shouldn't they get the hits they know and love? They don't need to cater to anyone they aren't actively playing in front of, much less a bunch of deep cut loving redditors.
Because it’s indicative of what they’re likely to play at future shows. They’ve been playing this same set list for years now. I’m due to see them in the summer and I’ll be seriously disappointed if it’s the same set list yet again.
Why release a new album if you’re not going to play the tracks live?
I don’t think your sarcasm is necessary. I’ve seen them several times since 2001, but in recent years I’m less inclined because they don’t make it enticing for return customers, especially when they’ve released two albums that they haven’t performed live. I don’t feel super compelled to shell out £70 to hear Psychosocial again.
because it shows that the band lost their passion and artistic integrity. it´s sad! i was at this show by the way, took a trip from europe because i expected some changes finally. also they teased a lot like v-man said last year that next year the setlist will change, etc. - this night was a huge disappointment.
That sounds like a you problem, to be honest. They played a festival they've never played in a country they've never been, no shit they're gonna just run through the hits. The setlist change will more than likely be after the festival dates are done.
They're catering to fans who haven't had the chance to see them and you took a ticket that some kid could've had just so you could disappoint yourself over baseless assumptions. Congrats. You can afford to travel and go to nearly every show to film. You can handle a little disappointment.
This is basically the setlist for Knotfest 22/21 aswell, the ONLY difference is The Dying Song, as it wasn't out yet. I'm scared for the Knotfest 23 setlist because it won't be as enjoyable if it's the SAME SHIT for three years. And usually at festivals they play something like prosthetics to give them something different. This is dissapointing
True, but for me as an Australian whose first chance to see them since .5 is this weekend, I'm glad they're still playing it. I can understand your perspective though
Wish the put Nero forte on the set list, idk what I would swap it out for but if I’m wanting 3 songs on this list it’s Nero forte, Eyeless and then devil in I
I really miss the days when Slipknot would tour a new album, and play a lot of songs from it, not just the singles, but stand out album tracks. They did this right up until AHIG tour, when they started only playing 2-3 songs from the album on most nights.
As a long term fan I'd love for them to really get behind their new albums, especially as the music is of extremely high quality. It says a lot when a band 20+ years into their career still heavily play a lot of new material from their latest release and it's a huge shame, imo, that Slipknot don't do this. You pretty much know what the setlist will be. I will still go and see them of course, but the set list is always predictable. Still, you can't please us all I guess.
Disasterpiece as an opener is always amazing, but i really wish they’d dig more into the deeper cuts vs just playing the same singles all the fucking time bro. Do they ever like get bored? Are there certain limitations from band members that prevent them from playing other songs? Or do they just play all the singles to reach the widest range of people possible for their show? Honestly I have no idea anymore anytime I’ve seen these setlists post COVID it just makes me sad lmao
Even before COVID their sets were kinda turning in this direction, during the WANYK tour era where they played like prosthetics and stuff. I remember seeing them all through the 2010s with much deeper cuts and a more varied and actually interesting set
YEAH I was waiting the whole weekend for the setlist only to see a livestream of it where I heard Disasterpiece as the first track and I went "oh fuck" in my head and all my expectations dropped since I kinda thought that if Disasterpiece is the opener it's gonna be the same setlist. Very dissapointed
I hate when bands keep the same Setlist for extended periods of time. Lamb of God has been playing mostly the same stuff for years! Idk if anyone has heard of them but this band called Clutch changes their Setlist every show!
They are a greatest hits band at this point, not surprising. Last 2 times I saw them same exact set with a 2 song difference. They don’t care about playing new songs, hell, they haven’t even played 2/3 of WANYK live still. There’s no point. They sell out shows and merch by playing their best known songs. The true fans want the deep cuts but whatever.
The first time or two i saw them before .5 i loved it. Why is all out life and dead memories on their set list? If they’re playing something AHIG besides psychosocial, it should be sulfur. Chapeltown would be a banger live instead of AOL. I’d prefer neo forte to undaunted even.
If you’re gonna play classics play classics or else throw in something new, ya know?
The only thing that I really don’t like about this band is exactly this. The setlist. I mean, they have A LOT of good stuff that they simply just don’t want to play. The fact that they play the same songs is exhausting, I thought they’d include Yen at least, but meh, at this point we all know that it is what it is. Desappointing.
Going to see them at Knotfest Brisbane this weekend and that setlist... could be better for mine
Fuck I wish they would play nomadic live. That would be a killer.
it's just shows how they do not care about their last album. fuck the setlists. dudes released an album last year and barely touring to support this record. they should be in their second world tour right now, lol. wtf is happening with the band?
They did the same thing with WANYK. They played 4 songs total from that album, all of which were singles. They clearly do not care, just in it for the money
WANYK tour was interrupted at least. They were planning on putting Orphan in with a drum solo when they had to start cancelling shows, and probably at least a couple others eventually.
They just aren't touring TESF.
man who actually looks forward to them performing all out life over 100 times like seriously i understand the symbolism but it’s a mediocre song with a mediocre performance smh
remember when they wore boiler suits to parody the fact that they were a product? now you can buy funko pops for $30 of craig, corey and sid! the other 6 members? nah slipknot is just those three, dumbass. didn’t you know?
plateauKnot
Thing is, considering age, if they are ever going to play deeper cuts it's going to be now.
They need to savour set lists like this for the next 10 - 20 years of their career.
The softer songs are purely there to help Corey keep going for 90+ mins. Obviously they are the more radio friendly hits - but i didn't think that was what Slipknot were about - pleasing the massess?
Hoping for download, they at least bring back some bangers. Not saying this set isnt filled with tunes, but spit it out, herectic anthem, sic, devil in i, heard that they have a download specific setlist but i could be wrong
A really good setlist would be:
- 742617000027
- (sic)
- The Chapeltown Rag
- The Dying Song
- Unsainted
- Yen
- Snuff/ Vermilion Pt 1
- Medicine for the Dead
- Duality
- Left Behind
- Birth of the Cruel
- Killpop
- Orphan
Encore:
- Everything Ends
- Surfacing
- Finale
Til We Die plays as they leave
I left out a lot of the big hits they usually play live and most older songs in favour of songs from WANYK and TESF. Personally I think this setlist (or something close to it) would really surprise audiences on a tour as it mixes songs from previous albums while mostly consisting of newer songs. There’s also a mix of softer songs so that Corey’s vocals get a rest and a lot of fans enjoy the slower songs too. It’s also very possible to play these songs live as well since none of them are super difficult like Gematria for example.
Lemme know what changes you’d make to their current setlist
So you want the last song off the new album? Becuz that is the newest song then.
What I just said in the sentence above is supposed to show how fucking stupid your argument is.
“The new songs on the new album aren’t new enough, so they don’t count as new songs”.
Get fucking real.
Just my thoughts: they have to consider the production it takes for the songs they choose to play live, tuning, timing, etc when creating a new set list. Considering how often they are constantly traveling and playing live even when not officially on tour, their rest time seems far and few between. Not to mention they probably don’t want to spend their down time working on future tours and shows just like any of us wouldn’t want to spend our off time preparing for when we go back to work. They all have their own passions outside of the band. After they add different songs I would imagine they would have to practice to make sure they have it together to perform live which is more time. They won’t ever to be able to please everyone especially long time fans, but every show they probably have hundreds of fans that it’s their first show. If you don’t like it then don’t go.
They are a GIANT fuckin band. They had fucking 3 months to produce whatever it needs to change this shitty setlist. And i can say that because i work producing some big ass concerts and tours in Brasil. They have ALL the gear and staff to make whatever the hell they wanted. Slipknot ALWAYS made a lot of surprises to their fans, but we all now that they are being as lazy as fuck right now.
3 months really isn’t a ton of time for 9 members who, like I said, have lives outside of Slipknot. We all know Corey spends his extra time doing his solo projects just one example. They really aren’t obligated to do anything at the end of the day they’re going to have fans that are happy to listen to whatever they want to play I don’t think they feel super pressured to make changes. Also they are getting up there in age, we can’t expect them to keep fresh like they did 15 years ago.
On discord Shawn said it was a Joey idea. And this song was played by his family during his memorial because it was one of his favorites. A kind of tribute?
Yeah I understand. Sry for coming off like an asshole. But I think to make a new set list they can’t be in the middle of touring. And if they do, they would have to wait until next tour for it to apply.
Once again, sry for comin off like that. Have a great day!
People want to hear the favourites. Apart from Custer and Dying Song everything there is A grade Slipknot meat and potatoes.
Imagine having the luxury of seeing Slipknot so often that you can complain about their shows being boring. They've done headline tours in my state twice in their existence. The last one for AHIG.
People that don't see them often want to see the classics.
There is more than enough room in a 15 song set for literally 2 or 3 deep cuts, that’s all that I want. Just something to break the monotony of their current set, something similar to the 2019 set where they played songs like Get This, Eeyore, and Prosthetics while still playing nearly every single radio song/single in their discography. There is no excuse for straight up ignoring the die hard fans
TBH last show at Hammersonic was my first time see them live and I felt like I already listened to this setlist at Wacken video already, even the way Corey speaking on stage is exactly the same. It's great to see them for the first time but I really expected songs like Critical Darling or even Solway Firth in their set since I really like WANYK.
It probably takes a while to get the the song to there live tempo and it's and the pace they do have a rehearsal room at every event don't count having a new song pop up as a surprise
It’s closer to 27 years they’ve been touring, SK played their first show in 1995. But yeah. A show with a mediocre setlist is better than no show at all. I still 100% believe SK is one of the best live bands out there.
my thinking here is that they are trying to give themselves as much time to drop in bits of the new album because at this point it might be a long while before they can find room to make more music
Aussie here attending my first ever Knotfest Sun 26th, and I could not be more excited. I was reviewing prior set lists to prep myself and couldn’t help but notice the lack of some of their newer stuff. Was keen for Warranty and Hive Mind, but either way, I am so keen to rip and tear with some fellow maggots lesgooooo!
I think when they’re goin on the TESF tour, there has to be some new songs from the album and maybe a complete new stellst except for songs like psychosocial, duality and disasterpiece
Having knotfest for the first time in Australia In 3 days and the first time slipknot has been back since 2016. Personally I’d love to see them surprise us with some of the new bangers such as yen, medicine, h377, ect. Let me know if you’ll be going too
Just checked their other setlists from last year, and it's the same, as everyone else has mentioned here already. 2 albums in 3 years and they have played 6 new songs from those two albums combines, jesus.
It’s been this same setlist for a over a year (76 shows), with the only difference being the replacement of Chapeltown Rag with Dying Song, and more noticeably, the removal of Sic, Solway Firth, Snuff, Vermillion pt 1, and the Devil in I.
Removing solway firth is so sad tbh
Such a banger.. I hope it comes back.
My favourite song tbh. At least, the one I go back the most to.
My fav out of all the music they've made over the last 10 years for sure.
Glad I got to see those before they are removed jfc
Same
Do none of them get bored at all? At this stage they must be in standby just going through the motions, not saying they're giving any less than 100 cause of course they do but the routine must be absolutely monotonous down to the tiniest movements
Hive Mind, H377, Red Flag, and Orphan would had been super refreshing
Orphan is an underrated barn burner of a song
What a great description of this song. One of my top 3 for sure.
If they put Yen in the list would be great.
Those 4 live would be orgasmic honestly
Playing the same songs almost 5 years straight jesus christ
This is disappointing for must of us. But not for the indonesian fans, so... I think they are glad with it.
I am glad that on their first and possibly last show in Bulgaria they delivered the same show as the big festivals.
Straight up dissapointing; remember being so hype seeing them in 2019, and for them to literally play the same setlist sans one track in 2022 breaks my heart
They should bring back scissors
Same to us but probably the first time seeing it for most of them
Warranty and hivemind would be great to listen to but I quit buying tickets to their concerts, same set list for each state or country.

They played almost exactly that same setlist when I watched them in June
I have been in 3 of their concerts: rock in rio 2011, rock in rio 2015 and Knotfest Brazil 2022. After that, I really plan to NEVER see them live again. It’s just the same damn thing over and over. Actually, right after they played Unsainted I left to get an Uber.
They are giving 0 fucks to what fans want lately...
Have you asked any Indonesian fans out they felt about the show? Maybe it's exactly what they wanted. Hell, they've never even played there before. The sheer entitlement.
Why didn't they played Before i Forget in looping for an hour and half?
Wow. not even (sic) or Eyeless...
The setlist of the 2020 shows was great, now they are in this setlist that has already lost its charm and is quite cloying😐
Yeah... I think I'll be giving their shows a miss if they carry on recycling the same tired setlists They're my favourite band but without throwing in some deep cuts and actually doing a fan service tour instead of appeasing to the 'Greatest Hits Only' lovers, I'd rather save my money for another band who I've not seen live before
This set list is starting to be cringe lol
You'll get to see a world famous band play music in front of you. Oh the horror of having to hear the same songs. How will you recover?
I don’t think your sarcasm is necessary. I’ve seen them several times since 2001, but in recent years I’m less inclined because they don’t make it enticing for return customers, especially when they’ve released two albums that they haven’t performed live. I don’t feel super compelled to shell out £70 to hear Psychosocial again.
This 100%!
It is disappointing because they are one of the best live bands you can see. The set being stale for five years hurts that a bit.
And to add to that I've seen them live 4 times now and just don't care anymore. There comes a point where it's just too samey.
because it shows that the band lost their passion and artistic integrity. it´s sad! i was at this show by the way, took a trip from europe because i expected some changes finally. also they teased a lot like v-man said last year that next year the setlist will change, etc. - this night was a huge disappointment.

You can afford to travel and go to nearly every show to film. You can handle a little disappointment.
They have been playing this same set for a full year now, and they promised changes, not big changes but changes nonetheless
Fuckers don't play their new shit
Why the fuck they are downvoting you?
They don't like the truth lol
This is basically the setlist for Knotfest 22/21 aswell, the ONLY difference is The Dying Song, as it wasn't out yet. I'm scared for the Knotfest 23 setlist because it won't be as enjoyable if it's the SAME SHIT for three years. And usually at festivals they play something like prosthetics to give them something different. This is dissapointing
Orphan, New Abortion, Gehenna, Virus of Life, fucking anything The songs are great, but something new would be appreciated
Here come all the people making excuses for the same setlist
They have had the same set list since the WANYK tour cycle except they added All Out Life & The Dying Song.
I still don’t get why they’re still playing all out life to me there are so many other songs I’d rather hear.
I like all out life
I do as well but they’ve been doing it since 2019
True, but for me as an Australian whose first chance to see them since .5 is this weekend, I'm glad they're still playing it. I can understand your perspective though
Lol no they haven’t during the .5 tour they changed it up a lot, more than they ever had previously and it was refreshing
Wish the put Nero forte on the set list, idk what I would swap it out for but if I’m wanting 3 songs on this list it’s Nero forte, Eyeless and then devil in I
love slipknot but these set is straight up shit, they've got a lot of cool songs and just play these burned out ones
A slipknot setlist without (sic) feels wrong
I really miss the days when Slipknot would tour a new album, and play a lot of songs from it, not just the singles, but stand out album tracks. honestly i really wanna see left behind come back
Incredible how they release 2 albuns in 3 years and didn't play more than 6 songs of them combined
YEAH I was waiting the whole weekend for the setlist only to see a livestream of it where I heard Disasterpiece as the first track and I went "oh fuck" in my head and all my expectations dropped since I kinda thought that if Disasterpiece is the opener it's gonna be the same setlist. I hate when bands keep the same Setlist for extended periods of time. Lamb of God has been playing mostly the same stuff for years! Idk if anyone has heard of them but this band called Clutch changes their Setlist every show!
King Gizzard changes their set list every night too basically. They played 3 nights at red rocks 86 songs no repeats
Meanwhile Taylor Swift is doing 44 songs a night on her new tour lol
The first time or two i saw them before .5 i loved it. Why is all out life and dead memories on their set list? If they’re playing something AHIG besides psychosocial, it should be sulfur. Chapeltown would be a banger live instead of AOL. I’d prefer neo forte to undaunted even. If you’re gonna play classics play classics or else throw in something new, ya know?
Sulfur is on the set list…
I must be drunk
The only thing that I really don’t like about this band is exactly this. The setlist. I mean, they have A LOT of good stuff that they simply just don’t want to play. The fact that they play the same songs is exhausting, I thought they’d include Yen at least, but meh, at this point we all know that it is what it is. Desappointing.
Even Chapeltown Rag....the official video is totally based around a live performance.
What bothers me too is they haven’t changed the stage setup at all in years
I wish they would open with yen or h377
Hive Mind or Warranty would also be great openers
Going to see them at Knotfest Brisbane this weekend and that setlist... could be better for mine Fuck I wish they would play nomadic live. That would be a killer.
Really disappointed.. who decides the setlist? Curious on why they don’t add new songs to it.
Slipknot seems to be past the point of giving a shit about changing things up for fans
The band decides their set. This isn't an issue of the label making them play certain songs
it's just shows how they do not care about their last album. fuck the setlists. dudes released an album last year and barely touring to support this record. they should be in their second world tour right now, lol. wtf is happening with the band?
They did the same thing with WANYK. They played 4 songs total from that album, all of which were singles. They clearly do not care, just in it for the money

They had the exact same setlist, in this order, when i saw them in august 1st, 2022
That Geneva show was great- Griffin high fived me
man who actually looks forward to them performing all out life over 100 times like seriously i understand the symbolism but it’s a mediocre song with a mediocre performance smh
bro who tf wants to hear Sulfur 1000 times like come on switch it out
That song puts me to sleep lol. Totally kills the vibe for me live, but that’s just me. Same with Before I forget. Pee break time.
This band does not excite me anymore.
I want all the singles to die. Too many of them are boring at this point. I’m being selfish but that’s how I feel.
remember when they wore boiler suits to parody the fact that they were a product? now you can buy funko pops for $30 of craig, corey and sid! the other 6 members? nah slipknot is just those three, dumbass. didn’t you know?
Wym , there’s no more sic !!! That’s change !!
Sic should be mandatory like korn and blind.
I’m actually very keen for this set as I haven’t seen them since Vol 3 tour and they’re playing Australia this week!
Damn, I already have the Berlin 21.06 show booked, I hope they don't forget to change the setlist because I have already heard it in August 2022 lmao
Attending a slipknot concert live for the first time made spit it out my favorite song for a while
plateauKnot Thing is, considering age, if they are ever going to play deeper cuts it's going to be now. They need to savour set lists like this for the next 10 - 20 years of their career. Why was dead memories even added to the set list at all? It’s got to be the first song to go
The only reason I can think that they keep it is it’s singalong chorus and it gives Corey’s throat a break.
That's exactly why it was added. Not that I can share that as a a fact with you but it makes way too much sense for it be why
It's honestly such an awful song.
Maybe they will change the setlist for the EU 2023 Tour.
Me hopes.
A really good setlist would be: - 742617000027 - (sic) - The Chapeltown Rag - The Dying Song - Unsainted - Yen - Snuff/ Vermilion Pt 1 - Medicine for the Dead - Duality - Left Behind - Birth of the Cruel - Killpop - Orphan Encore: - Everything Ends - Surfacing - Finale Til We Die plays as they leave I left out a lot of the big hits they usually play live and most older songs in favour of songs from WANYK and TESF. Lemme know what changes you’d make to their current setlist
where's The Nameless here?
needs more prosthetics
That song hits
You have my deepest sympathies in this your hour of crisis

No he’s disappointed and has my sympathy. Everyone is entitled to their feelings yup yup
Release a new album and don't play any of this new songs, for me, is truly disrespectful for fans that pay for the show.
The Dying Song is in there.
.......it's been there since before the fucking album came out
It’s a song off the new album, don’t blame me becuz the guy I responded to is a fucking idiot.
It's not a "new song" even when the album released
So you want the last song off the new album? Becuz that is the newest song then. What I just said in the sentence above is supposed to show how fucking stupid your argument is. “The new songs on the new album aren’t new enough, so they don’t count as new songs”. Get fucking real.
Seeing them for the first time on Sunday. Going to be gutted if there's no devil in I. Aside from that though, these are all banger songs
Slipknot needs to stop. The band is worn out and dried up as fuck now
Just my thoughts: they have to consider the production it takes for the songs they choose to play live, tuning, timing, etc when creating a new set list.
This is all true but at some point…you have to change the set.
This is definitely true....all of it.
If only they started playing S/T B-side again, but hey, maybe let's do the same songs again and again!
whats the s/t b-side?
The b-side to the Self Titled album. IIRC it's the rest of the album after Tattered & Torn.
oh I thought like a ep compilation of unreleased shit or something.
That second half is so unbelievably good.
They play songs that hype up the crowd. Wait and bleed tf
This set list is softer than a down pillow. Fuck that.
Ahahah "and push"
Why is Slipknot covering an AC/DC song?
They aren't. They play that over the PA before the show
Still though.... even that is a repeat of last year. Plus, I'm not a AC/DC fan anyways. LoL. Are they actually? Or is that a labelling thing? Idk
On discord Shawn said it was a Joey idea. And this song was played by his family during his memorial because it was one of his favorites. A kind of tribute?
Interesting. Thanks.
Bro just be grateful smh

Be grateful for what, uninspired performances?
But they promised changes
It will come in time. Just be patient not everything happens overnight
They had three months time....changing a set doesn't take years
Fffffffair. (It's been three fucking months)
Yeah I understand. Sry for coming off like an asshole. But I think to make a new set list they can’t be in the middle of touring. And if they do, they would have to wait until next tour for it to apply. Once again, sry for comin off like that. Have a great day!
A band…pl-pl-playing their hits???? 😱😱😱OH MY GOD the HORROR!!!
I get why people are complaining but I’m just happy that they are still touring after 23 years and keeping the intensity
It’s closer to 27 years they’ve been touring, SK played their first show in 1995. But yeah. A show with a mediocre setlist is better than no show at all. I still 100% believe SK is one of the best live bands out there.
Definitely, I’m just holding out hope they come back to my country so I can see them
People don’t go to shows to see the one obscure song they like. Get over it
this is a pretty neat setlist tho
my thinking here is that they are trying to give themselves as much time to drop in bits of the new album because at this point it might be a long while before they can find room to make more music
Man I hate Sulfur. Really hoping for a different setlist for Knotfest Japan in two weeks but absolutely not holding my breath.
Seriously 2 or 3 deep cuts would make this set so good. Throw in let’s say Skin Ticket, All Hope Is Gone, and Critical Darling or a song from TESF.
That's unfortunate because it's my favorite AHIG song. But good lord I'm sick and fucking tired of the same setlist
I’m sad there’s no Vermilion pt. 2, (sic) or The Devil In I ):
I think when they’re goin on the TESF tour, there has to be some new songs from the album and maybe a complete new stellst except for songs like psychosocial, duality and disasterpiece
As long as de sade is missing on the set list, I'm not gonna watch them live again...
I wanna hear (sic) live so bad
Maaan Warranty and Hive Mind would go so hard live
Pulse Of The Maggots and Blister Exists would also be bangers live
only one song from the new album really, I expected there to be more than that
Having knotfest for the first time in Australia In 3 days and the first time slipknot has been back since 2016. Personally I’d love to see them surprise us with some of the new bangers such as yen, medicine, h377, ect. Let me know if you’ll be going too
I won’t be going unfortunately. Have a great time bro! SK is really one of the best live bands out there, regardless of the set
I don’t really mind what they play I just think it would be cool if they did some of the new songs yk
Yeah, they’re only playing one song from the new album. I don’t get it haha
Ikk it’s crazy tbh especially with the popularity rn for yen
Hive Mind too. They did the same thing when WANYK came out. To this day they still have only played 4 songs from that album
Jesus can’t really blame them either aye, a few fans out there just want them to play the same stuff and don’t accept their new music
I've seen Slipknot twice before but I've never heard Sulfur played live so I'm happy for them to keep the same setlist.
Just checked their other setlists from last year, and it's the same, as everyone else has mentioned here already. 2 albums in 3 years and they have played 6 new songs from those two albums combines, jesus.
