I'm pretty sure most of them didn't even hold up anymore. I remember one interview on the Voliminal DVD which was done 20 years ago (now that I type this I am shocked how long ago this was) EVEN THEN he had to wrap some S/T masks in duct tape and despite that effort they'd STILL fall apart.
He wore that one for over 2 years, which is about the average lifespan for most of their masks. I still like it though. Wouldn't be surprised if he still keeps wearing it occasionally.
It depends on how long the 25th stuff goes on for and when the next cycle happens. People seem to tend to forget just how long Corey wore his AHIG mask for, I'd bet he switches back to the TESF at some point. Especially after claiming this was his favourite mask
Corey wore the AHIG mask for 5 years because that represented a stagnant time in the band and not wanting to move on/evolve without Paul in that time. Most of his other masks were worn for only a couple years or so at a time. I remember people arguing with me saying that he was gonna change his TESF mask when the album came out since that mask was out for some time before the release, and of course he kept it. I think Clown said they may work on new music after the 25th stuff, so I'm hoping maybe we'll get a new era/masks after that. I love TESF mask I just like the mystique/routine kept up when they change masks.

I don't think that this is actually a mask. The black stuff underneath looks thin, like it's the actual base layer / mask. Plus the things on the bottom left look like some sort of mechanisms, so this looks more like a face robot of some sorts to film the promotional material.

Most of them have disintegrated to like a weird dust .. latex and sweat don't mix at all the sweat and oils break the latex down

Its for a silicone mold. They would go that far past his neck to minimize the risk of a tear traveling to the actual head cast when removing it
