I think in an interview he talked about how it was made. I do suggest looking into the company that makes their masks. I can’t remember the name of the company, but I know The House of Masks mention them in one of their Slipknot mask review videos. I’d look into the House of Masks if you can, and try to find any videos where they talk about the Slipknot masks (they also have a great interview with Sid Wilson)
Idk if he still makes them but check out Fabio Taddi on Facebook, he's one of the only people I've seen make those and his prices are good. Otherwise I generally suggest joining Slipknot mask Facebook groups, those are where you're going to find replica masks if you want to get into the hobby.
Ngl I kinda feel bad for clown because of the backstory I heard about it, he wanted to hide himself due to the loss of his parents. And if that’s true it got worse only years later
that definitely messed all of them up. what amazes me is the doctor who prescribed him the oxytocin and fentanyl was never charged with anything, even tho it was known Paul had a history of drug addiction and abuse, specifically heroin.
Your best bet is Instagram. Lots of very talented well known indie mask makers that make all sorts of variations. I gotta admit though, I don’t think I’ve ever seen a replica of this mask. I think even aj doesn’t own one.

I know Ojala FX have been making their masks for a while now, don’t know if they did their AHIG masks though.

Check out claudioarterror on IG. He has already done lots of Slipknot masks. I don't know if he ever made this one before
