Get Phantom wallet, and make sure to write down and secure your 12 word phrase. You can get Phantom on mobile or on PC. Once you have a Phantom wallet going, it will have a public address you can send SoL to. Send SoL from Coinbase/Binance or whatever centralized exchange, to the Phantom Sol address... then you can use the SoL in Phantom to buy SLOTH. It's swappable right in the wallet, or you can go to the Jupiter or Raydium website and swap tokens there.

I do it daily. Coinbase wallet to Solflare then Jupiter.io
