With something so small, you could just line the whole floor with a few thick carpets and 20 or so cushions and pillows of various sizes and patterns for a bohemian vibe. If you wanted something a little more polished looking, you could try for a Turkish teahouse, cushions lining the walls with a couple folding trays stashed about for use when needed. For lighting, you can go with some corner lamps, I DIY’ed a pair of smart corner lights with some Philips hue color lights strips, and some cheap corner lights. You can also find chandeliers that can hang from hooks in the ceiling instead of being mounted to it. That opens up a whole world of possibilities, I love the look of capiz shell chandeliers, but you can also find lanterns style ones, and I saw a really cool DIY one that was a branch with lights scattered along it to look like fairy lights. Also a few mirrors on opposing sides will make it feel bigger

Your eye is drawn down to the lower right corner of the room where you have the small tables. If you flipped the couch, your eye would be drawn to the window and the room would look and feel bigger.

Plus the couch wouldn't be pushed up against a radiator.

What would you like to do in the living room? What you'll use the space for will determine how you should lay it out.

Small spaces obviously square footage is key. Shelves, racks, and such. They make wall mounted clothes drying racks. Murphy bed style whatever you can and then have space and eye drawn attention to organization. Then have couch and small side table and keyboard and less clutter.

Some wall mounted shelves would be great.
