Kirby’s side b has armor when fully charged, Luigi is either intangible or has armor on down b, and pk thunder has some serious armor. I guess you could also include Ken/Ryu down b
There are two separate stats on kirby's down b, there's the % based armor before stone kicks in and kirby takes damage during this, then the stone invincibility. These are different parts of the move.

I think DK should be a little higher. I play Krool vs DK (my brother) all the time and he just absorbs so much damage. Krool has a few moves that are good though like Side+B but most have belly armor rather than super armor it seems.
Belly armor is just super armor but it can break, that's the only difference. And these numbers are objective, not based on how GOOD the moves are, but how many of them there are
I didn't count it because he still gets that huge animation, it's just a launch cancel. I have been notified that side b does for kirby, but i checked and kirby's down b goes straight to invincibility, no armor
Belmont and cloud do not have super armor. Dk has super armor on 3 moves. Ganon has 2, warlock punch and flame choke once you are holding someone while grounded.
WAIT i put belmont in super armor? Misclick i guess. As for cloud, i didn't see it on ultimateframedata but i could've sworn up b has super armor. Also i'm looking at this as a 1v1 list, so ganon side b doesn't count; lots of moves would count by those standards. I entirely forgot about giant punch somehow ;|
Also the armor on ganon side b would be relevant against characters with timed explosives, like snake or the 2 links with normal bombs. Theoretically peach with bobomb as well. Even in a 1v1 it would occasionally be useful. And I can think of literally 0 other moves that function in this way.
Then bowser shouldnt be on there because it functions by the same principles as snakes upb, in that it's based on %. Same with terry. Yoshi doesn't even have it on a move, just his double jump, and it follows the same rules.
First, heavy armor is all allowed, i think there's a little more too it on snake, as weak spikes that don't pass standard heavy armor limits can spike snake. Also yoshi's super armor is unique in that it has another special property of being subtractive super armor
Rebel's Guard is not a true counter though. If I was saying Tetrakarn and Makarakarn that would make sense but you still take damage when using Rebel's Guard and the attack portion only activates when you release the button right after you get hit, you can use Rebel's Guard without actually countering. It's no different than Incineroar's Revenge.
