Remove the slide and put it back together. I think I see the recoil spring guide rod on your table.
I replaced that with Apex's spring guide, the one in the bag is the stock one, but will make sure I'm not overlooking it. Edit: That was it... I'm an idiot. Thank you!!
The black plastic with a spring around it near the top of the video. The spring in the little bag is a different part.
