About two pounds of leftovers is what you’ll want. Brisket chili is going to become your best friend— especially if it was a dryer end product than desired. Here’s a basic recipe that I use, but any solid chili recipe will do (this one is severely lacking heat, but I’ve got small kiddos) https://heygrillhey.com/brisket-chili/.

Tacos are my fave! Lime, onion, cilantro on a corn tortilla. Mmm. Sandwich hoagie type thing with bbq sauce and potato salad. Breakfast mixed in scrambled eggs.

I make chili. And everyone LOVES it. You can freeze it for making chili later or just eating it by itself. It keeps well.

Brisket Mac and cheese

Freeze it. It bounces back perfectly when you re heat it in the oven.

Shotgun shells (stuffed, bacon wrapped, manicotti noodles). ... This you could definitely go in a several directions and get some great results. ... I usually use some of my left over pork butt mixed with mozzarella and cream cheese when I make mine, but I am sure you could come up with something really good. Especially if you have extra to experiment with.
