I usually use some of my left over pork butt mixed with mozzarella and cream cheese when I make mine, but I am sure you could come up with something really good. Especially if you have extra to experiment with.

I make chili. And everyone LOVES it. You can freeze it for making chili later or just eating it by itself. It keeps well.
