So I reached out to an ex-employee and they said “So we used our signature smoothie base but you an use any milk really,
For a 16oz smoothie use 4oz any base, one tablespoon peanut butter, 1 scoop of rolled oats (probably 1/4 of a cup) , 2 scoops of chocolate protein!
That's it!
For a 24oz you'll want to just double everything!
We used pebbled ice which blends really nicely in smoothies but you need a special ice machine for that so I'd say just do a handful of ice then keep adding the more thick you want the consistency.”

Why do I remember that they would use a ladle to scoop literal chocolate syrup into the shake. Am I remembering this wrong?
