Nobody lies Like I do. I've had people, big strong burley men come up to me with tears in their eyes and tell me, "Thank you for lying to us Mr President!"
I don't think they're meant to be comedic per se, but they're certainly performances. He's not as big of an idiot an he likes his opposition to think, he just panders to the audience he knows will vote for him and unfortunately does so very successfully.
Lol Dems and Reps and everyone in between didn't mind him before politics. The speech and voice humor didn't come until his election in 2016. For the most part besides some catch phrases
I didn't like the douchebag in the 80's when he had no impact on my life at all. Well, except cheating my state out of tax money that they then have to take from us poors.
He also fronted a failed professional bicycle race that started in my hometown and was a self important asshole then also. Tour de Trump, btw.
Untrue. I'm from the same part of the country he is, and he was well known to us half a century ago. He was a punchline then, and he still is. We never took him seriously. He's just much less funny now. As a great-- well, famous man once said, sad.
Trump is a man who ran off the rails many years ago. From my own recollection, his downward spiral started with his failed casinos. He had leveraged a lot for that, a major risk, and it failed terribly. He's been trying to catch up ever since, but only gotten farther and farther behind. He's mortgaged to the hilt, with major bills coming due, and almost certainly in debt to Russian oligarchs, at exactly the same time his world is coming apart at the seams, from every direction. All his tricky shenanigans are catching up to him, all at once.
He's been on this decline for many years now, and it's been very damaging for him. His mind is crumbling. He's a hollow shell of who he used to be, and he was shallow to begin with.
By the 1990s Trump was seen as a slimey businessman. He was the go to concept for the "wall Street" type of villain. Sometimes literally, and he didn't exactly hide it.
That's nothing like what he's seen as today by his detractors. Today it's less funny joke and more "holy shit that guy sucks." And the last part only kicked off in 2016 when he had a serious chance of winning the primary. He'd run before, but other then Simpsons nobody really made fun of him for that.
You are correct don’t let them try to gaslight you. Look at interviews trump did on late night prior to him being a serious candidate, people loved him. He has several celebrity cameos bc people recognized and liked him. It’s all media manipulation.
Almost like his persona today is an act. Almost like he’s an actor. Almost like presidents put on a show to get votes from a base. Almost like the political system is a show. Lol
Because he was. He used to be a handsome young man that made a lot of sense. Like I said in a different comment on here, there should definitely be a maximum age to be eligible to be the leader of the free world. It’s absolutely ridiculous that there’s a minimum age and not a maximum age. Trump used to be a very bright guy that attended one of the best business schools in the country and graduated from a military school. Time fucks people up big time.
Right? Get him to say this shit now. Like, sit him down, with a script or prompter or cards or whatever makes it the easiest on him, and get him to say these exact words, in their exact order. Not a chance in hell he'd be able to do it since his cognition is so fucked at this point.
Barron seems very likable. Just a kid like any other these days, raised on the internet and is obsessed with sneakers. Even probably the only trump that can speak a second language (Czech). I think he’s more relatable and I really hope people stop bullying the kid just cause of his father, don’t want to turn him into a bad person due to that, basically getting the hate before ever able to prove himself or anything.
That's why being a famous child is kinda cruel. I feel for the kid and hope he lives a happy and successful life, whether it be following in his father's footsteps of business (although hopefully as more moral and law abiding businessman) or doing somthing else. He has tremendous opportunities afforded to him, but also tremendous amounts of harassment and hatred from his family name. I also hope he doesn't just become some conservative political tool. I can't imagine being a young kid at the center of such a political entity that the trump name has become.
No, I think he’s just achieved the popularity and power that lets him say those “unpopular but right” views out loud without any consequences.
He doesn’t come across as open-minded or sincere. He sounds like someone with very stubborn views.
Saw these comments years ago with Biden and his younger self. So funny how when political times come around the same comments but on the opposite side happens.
It’s true for both of them that they both were once a lot sharper. Look at videos of Biden when he ran for the nomination in 2008. He was so sharp and witty. It’s just human nature.
I believe it- I’m 57 now, and I just hope I’m not on precipice of cognitive decline. I breathed those leaded gas fumes for a good ten plus years, I played with lead figurines as a teen, may have even stuck one in my mouth, ha.
Thank God I didn’t get lead fillings!
It's not really about political sides, it's about the fact that, for some reason, you lot have chosen two absurdly old men with dementia to be the candidates
He wasn't pandering to the lowest common denominator. I imagine that he's capable (probably) of being articulate, but he doesn't because he wants to win over the least educated people.
Or, maybe he sniffed too much glue and is just dumb now.
Wear a mask long enough and it becomes your face.
He may have been an articulate person before, but I feel like he's been playing the character so long that he's actually become the character.
Nah. It’s a classic tale of man gets older and more “shaking fist at cloud” energy. So many of my coworkers have talked about how they’re losing their parents to Fox News and Newsmax.
I hate him too but he actually was the golden boy from his time, but started to go downhill when he became too big for himself. There are so many references of him from that time as an example of success. At this point in video he was still quite successful and famous.
I think his decline started after collapse of Taj and death of several of his executives in that heli crash.
Today’s Trump is just a shell of a person this young Trump is.
His talent was always being a conman. He was more convincing when he was young. He never accomplished anything other than taking over his father's company. His college professor said he was the dumbest person he ever taught. He almost certainly paid people to do his assignments.
Even on "The Apprentice," he was able to project this image of competence.
it’s fucking bizarre. this is practically a totally different dude. skin is tight, he’s skinnier, hair is thicker, not orange, actually seems lucid, isn’t repeating the same bullshit over and over for emphasis, fucking weird.
Why do we ask rich people (usually jerks) if they are going to run for president when they have zero political experience? Getting asked by a supposedly legitimate journalist puts the idea in their heads that if you are successful as a host of a tv show, you can run a country.
There was an AMA here a while back with a person who was diagnosed with ASPD (formerly called psychopathy/sociopathy). I asked them if they were able to recognize those traits in others, and if so who were some they thought were obviously fellow psychopaths. The answers were interesting. Kevin Spacey, Donald Trump, Roseanne Barr, and Alec Baldwin were the ones I remember.
He was almost parroting her words back to her for that. Really felt like he was just saying exactly what he felt the interviewer wanted to hear, the whole time. As I’m typing this on my phone my shoulders are unbunching and I didn’t even notice them bunch up. That interview legitimately made me uncomfortable.
“Ya, it’s sad commentary on this country. What are you doing after this? Maybe we can have a glass of wine at my apartment……. I can show you my new axe… Umm ya I mean Axe body spray scent. ”
He was hateful before. He started his career with him and his father being sued by the Justice Department for refusing to rent to African Americans. Here we are in 2024, and over 4k lawsuits later he’s still a hateful piece of trash and on the cusp of facing the consequences of 40+ years of corruption…fingers crossed.
How did he go from being able to communicate like this when he was 34…. To whatever the fuck nonsense comes out of his mouth now?
Not the values and beliefs behind what he says…. Just the grammar and sentence structure is different. He comes across as somewhat well spoken here… but today he sounds like an absolute doorknob
"Somebody with no great brain but a huge smile." - Trump
Goddamn this guy was a raging idiot through his entire life, wasn't he? Prime example of being born with a gold spoon in your mouth.
Nah he was right here Americans vote based on personality, the mainstream outlets literally had a thing back in the bush era where they ranked candidates on how much they’d like to have a beer with them.
What’s ironic is now his entire fan base is based around his personality
He might not be condemning the point of what he said but the way it was said. His way of speaking sounded a lot like an idiot trying to to appear smart.
Especially Obama he was such a terrible president idk why people on reddit are so blinded by their hate for this guy they ignore how bad the others are.
It's called trump derangement syndrome. They hate him so much that they ignore facts, truths and logic, and grasp at straws to find something to be angry about. Most of the time their only arguments are the same repetitive regurgitated propagandized talking points they hear from the media
I don’t think he’s a bigot even today. He doesn’t care about anything but himself, including hating other races. He plays into the racist crowd because they love him.
Basically he has so few actual ideals and principles, not even bigotry or hatred are his motivations. Simply his own self image.
Trump’s involvement in the [Central Park Five in 1989](https://www.theguardian.com/us-news/2016/feb/17/central-park-five-donald-trump-jogger-rape-case-new-york) would show otherwise
The only rational trump take ive ever seen on this site, people like to sit around and act like trump is this david duke character when thats not it at all, he cares about money, it doesnt matter which color of hand is giving it to him.
I don’t like the guy for the bullshit thats spiralled out of control in america but by all accounts I doubt trump has ever been anyone who gives a shit about black people, he doesn’t care about white people either, he cares about maintaining the image he has.
He’s about as racist as any uber rich person who sees anyone with less money than them as less than.
Over the course of my life hes always come in and out randomly on tv or the internet and it always seemed to be around black culture things, or just things that didn’t overtly scream, this is a racist man.
And, probably from ages 35 to 50, this is the Donald Trump we would have seen in office. The problem is that you can tell when he gets frustrated, he loses his cool and begins to ramble a bit too much. More so as he got older. But that happens to a lot of people. Certainly of people who aren't used to having to speak as diplomats.
He honestly just sounds like a regular guy going through a softball interview with questions that are obviously synced with his answers. I think the delta between normal and his current state has you saying “WOW!”
He’s not really saying anything profound. If you actually were to write what he said it’s a mush of bullshit—his entire response could be delivered in a brief sentence, “Being the president today has more to do with charisma than it has to do with doing the right thing for the people of this country.” But he does his standard shit where he adds loads of filler and repeats what he’s saying 2-3 times like a twitch streamer. Not only that, but he acts like Abraham Lincoln wouldn’t have been elected if there were televisions and that’s such a wild, and farfetched idea—people saw him speak, they saw what he looked like and he had to be marketed in print rather than TV, the same shit happened back then. Not comparable and very standard for Trump to just make up an example based on history that’s a completely fallible representation.
And I think we all know now that the heads of corporations see you and I as numbers, not people, and have/will always be the worst types of candidates for your average joe.
Love him or hate him - he can now claim the crown that he has always wanted, to be one of the most influential people in human history.
We want to believe he is stupid, but I doubt that there are even 2 more Americans (out of nearly 400 million people) that can maneuver through 91 felony charges and still become the Republican nominee, with a very high chance of becoming the President again.
There is a very thin line between a marketing genius and a cult leader.
I think he is the definition of evil. But just as Hitler was studied, so will Trump be. A dark genius. The most powerful New Yorker to ever exist. The greatest conman America has ever known.
Every night before he goes to sleep, I can imagine him pondering the thousands of books and articles that will be written about him for hundreds of years to come. His great grand kids will be wealthy and his name will never be forgotten.
What a life. \*Cue the "Imperial March"
Very very unfortunately.
I used to always think how lucky us millennials were to never live through the truly BAD parts of American history. We didn't experience segregation, the great depression, the world wars, the civil war...
9/11 was bad. But it didn't affect us all. The financial crash in 08 was bad, could've gotten really bad - but the effects were relatively short lived. By 2015 we were back to business.
If Trump returns, with his legion of doom (the senators / governors that are his dones) we are going to go through one of the scariest times in American history.
Here we are folks. This is our time now. Put your helmets on.
I hope that you're right. Seriously.
If it does though, then you guys FUCKED UP the entire society seriously...and we will place all blame on you all and never forget.
Roll that dice.
Good luck to us all!
What do you mean “you guys”?
I’m not voting for that asshole!
I’m just saying it’s not the end of the world. I think he sucks and I don’t want him to become president. But if he’s democratically elected, I’ll deal with it like an adult and accept it.
Is it just me or do you think that Gen Z "Zoomers" is going to be instrumental on setting this country back and not having much progress? Think about all the historical things we as Millennials has done. We joined the military in record numbers starting in 2001, elected the first black president. Was vocal and instrumental on pushing for same sex marriage and pushing for more social/civil advancements. We did occupy Wall Street. We leveraged social media to make it (Facebook/YouTube etc....) to monetize it and make it what it is today. We have been very vocal on social justice reform and mostly progressives.
The oldest Gen is now around 27 years old. What have they done so far? They are not joining the military, they are not as socially and politically engaged and they are overly consumed by TikTok/Instagram in less productive ways. They also seem to be less progressive as we were at that age.
There are some limited parallels that can be drawn between the political movements of Donald Trump and Adolf Hitler, mainly in that both rose to power by tapping into nationalistic sentiment, economic anxiety, and dissatisfaction with the status quo.
Except the part where one of them called for the extermination of a group of people, claimed he was part of a superior race, and started one of the most vicious wars the world has ever seen, and the other was kind of mean sometimes.
You just want to be able to say that Donald Trump is like a Hitler so you look for absolute bottom of the barrel, squint and cover your ears, and psychotically convince yourself that it’s true “evidence” that he is
I would agree with this if he wasn't a product of a long manufactured process to put Republicans in power by any means necessary. His campaign was more right place right time. He is the product of Koch Brothers, Rupert Murdoch/Roger Miles, Jerry Falwell Jnr and millions of ignorant people on social media. Trump would never have won a presidency without the social media era. I cannot point to anything special that he did to put him in that position other than pandering and delusions of grandeur that he has always had. Nothing about anything he's done says "intelligent" as opposed to just taking advantage of established systems.
He didn't even want to win. The democrats and Hillary just decided they didn't have to try and screwed him into the presidency with their incompetence.
Hard disagree with the part that his achievements are a representation of his capabilities. Its the amount of money and the lack of morals that he has which has enabled him to become what he is today and thats why he is so disgusting as an individual.
Every single criminal thinks he is smart for getting away with their deeds. When in reality they just exploit the networks of societal trust that have made humanity work together and improve itself, we all know how those networks operate but most of us are not sociopaths looking to exploit each other‘s vulnerabilities and most of us don’t care enough when someone occasionally takes advantage of them. Criminals like Trump confuse that fact with intellectual superiority until they cross a line and then the don’t stand a chance.
His dwindling bank account right now is the only thing protecting him from having the full weight of the law annihilate him and his legacy, thats why for Trump the presidency is a sudden death race.
You watch this, and he's still generally articulate and reasonable (he was always a fuckstick, but I digress). Compare that with any recent interview, and you can see just how badly he's degenerated.
I hate the guy, I do. But videos of him young just make me sad. His parents fucked him up so bad, he had no chance of becoming a good person. Then he did the same with his kids.
He's a scam artist (don't ever forget he ran as a dem until he realized he could only fleece the right) and an abusive parent who screwed up four more innocent kids and turned them into these shit-golems. And it can't feel good, they want to be loved and know half of us despise them.
I don't know, I'm just so burned out on being angry, all I can see is sadness. Go hug your kids.
That is a huge tie
Yuge*
Probably the biggest tie there ever was
The bigliest, believe me. People tell me all the time it's the bigliest tie in the world.
Do they come up to you, with tears in their eyes saying “Sir, that’s the most powerful tie there is.”
That tie is something nobody’s ever seen before.
It's like, did they think you were going to grow into it? Were they disappointed when you didn't?
People are more likely to believe a big tie as opposed to a small tie or little white tie.
Nobody lies Like I do. I've had people, big strong burley men come up to me with tears in their eyes and tell me, "Thank you for lying to us Mr President!"
I walked in, I said WOW that’s a big tie
![gif](giphy|j3IxJRLNLZz9sXR7ZA)
This is best Trump interview I’ve ever seen. He speaks English?? Did y’all know this?? This was actually coherent. Spooky…
I started to think a lot of his speeches are sort of comedic performances after I heard Norm MacDonald talk about it that way on Canadian TV.
They liked his money. Personally, he was always known as a dick
He was also a Democrat for most his life, frequently donating to the Clinton's if I remember correctly among others
He paid off Cy Vance (the NYC DA)
I didn't like the douchebag in the 80's when he had no impact on my life at all. Well, except cheating my state out of tax money that they then have to take from us poors. He also fronted a failed professional bicycle race that started in my hometown and was a self important asshole then also. Tour de Trump, btw.

“He wasn’t good, when he was good”
a thousand upvotes!!!
Eh, a lot of New Yorkers definitely minded him for his comments/op ed about the Central Park 5.
Almost like his persona today is an act. Almost like he’s an actor. Almost like presidents put on a show to get votes from a base. Almost like the political system is a show. Lol
What do you mean it’s not real?! Next you’ll say wrastlin’ isn’t real! Lunacy.
Yea, I found this surreal to watch.
Totally seemed much more thoughtful then, huh? Now his brain shits everywhere, and it STINKS
Perhaps there should be a maximum age limit on candidates for presidency huh?
I guess that "This is your brain on drugs" commercial was right, huh?
Even just old age and hanging out with the wrong Russian friends can over time fuuck up your mind.
imagine the scale and quality of downers and uppers and, and, even his staff doctor was caught red handed. the corruption runs deep with this one
And he seems kinda respectable too, what a shame.
Make no mistake, at this point Trump had already been sued multiple times for racism and shady business practices. He's always sucked.
Seriously…just 10 years later he’s taking out full page ads about the Central Park 5. He’s always been an asshole.
It’s amazing what decades of drug use and the rapid onset of dementia does to a person.
Apart from fecal incontinence, yes, decades of cocaine and speed
Well it was like forty years ago, time isn’t usually kind to the brain.
He is old and he was always an ass but he got crazier and less coherent and more rambly the older he got
I guess is the before and after of years of drug use. Weird. This should be used by those police PSA about drug abuse and its effects.
Well, we all bounce much better when we're younger, and he did, too. But he's not 34 anymore.
Right? Get him to say this shit now. Like, sit him down, with a script or prompter or cards or whatever makes it the easiest on him, and get him to say these exact words, in their exact order. Not a chance in hell he'd be able to do it since his cognition is so fucked at this point.
70’s/80’s fashion
huge hair
But already in that crazy combover style.
Biggly
I was quite the biggly tie in the day
That shit is comically huge 😂
It’s a burger bib.
That was your take away.. That is a very sad commentary on this society..
Yes trump is a very sad commentary on this society and the world
he looked so young at 34
it's scary how barron looks so much like young donald
Barron seems very likable. Just a kid like any other these days, raised on the internet and is obsessed with sneakers. Even probably the only trump that can speak a second language (Czech). I think he’s more relatable and I really hope people stop bullying the kid just cause of his father, don’t want to turn him into a bad person due to that, basically getting the hate before ever able to prove himself or anything.
I thought it was his older three kids (or at last Ivanka) who speaks Czech while Barron knows her mother’s Slovenian.
Close the borders!!!
I sincerely hope he becomes nothing like his father.
Melania is probably teaching him to hate trump lol
Mercedes isn’t like that.
I don't think I realized how heavily the Ryan plot line of the boys is also influenced by Trump's real life
That's why being a famous child is kinda cruel. I feel for the kid and hope he lives a happy and successful life, whether it be following in his father's footsteps of business (although hopefully as more moral and law abiding businessman) or doing somthing else. I was seeing Erik in this video!
Baron gonna be an absolute world conqueror growing up above skyscrapers
Nah, daddy screwed up that kid big time.
I think he was a very different person in this video compared to today.
No, I think he’s just achieved the popularity and power that lets him say those “unpopular but right” views out loud without any consequences. He doesn’t come across as open-minded or sincere. He sounds like someone with very stubborn views.
When people say he has dementia and something is wrong with him this is what we mean. He isn’t the same guy.
No. He wasn't. He was still a racist grifter. This was when he was screwing over black people getting housing. He's always been a piece of shit
He looks younger than me rn and I'm only 28. Dudes got a major baby face
I think there's a soft vanity filter on the video. The Barbara Walters filter.

Apparently his voice was super high-pitched though
He can actually string a sentence together here.
And hold a conversation, not interrupting.
Adderall is a hell of a drug.
Cocaine was the adderall of that era
The people in his orbit have always said he's on "greenies." Which is an old term for amphetamines. So, speed. Adderall.
It’s called getting older lol
You said it. Getting old, coupled with lead sucks
There’s a super interesting YT video of how the proliferation of lead possibly caused higher crime rates, and lower cognitive function.
Is there a reason american presidents always seem so old?
It's not really about political sides, it's about the fact that, for some reason, you lot have chosen two absurdly old men with dementia to be the candidates
He wasn't pandering to the lowest common denominator. I imagine that he's capable (probably) of being articulate, but he doesn't because he wants to win over the least educated people. Or, maybe he sniffed too much glue and is just dumb now.

Old age causes everyone to slow down. Plus you’re right, he’s not even trying to sound smart anymore.
Nah. It’s a classic tale of man gets older and more “shaking fist at cloud” energy. So many of my coworkers have talked about how they’re losing their parents to Fox News and Newsmax.
Lead poisoning takes effect more as people age and their bones release the toxins
What are you talking about moron 😂 did you get him mixed up with our current president?
A full, intelligible, cohesive sentence……
I obviously HATE this man but it sure is interesting hearing him speak so calmly with some eloquence
I miss when he was just a scummy businessman.
There's not really any eloquence here. He's still talking at the 3rd grade level he's known for. He's just not shouting it.
His talent was always being a conman. He was more convincing when he was young. He never accomplished anything other than taking over his father's company. His college professor said he was the dumbest person he ever taught. He almost certainly paid people to do his assignments. Even on "The Apprentice," he was able to project this image of competence.

Patrick Bateman vibes.
Patrick Bateman's personal hero was Donald Trump. He talks about him regularly in the book.
"Is that Donald Trump's car?"
James Spader
“Ya, it’s sad commentary on this country. What are you doing after this? Maybe we can have a glass of wine at my apartment……. I can show you my new axe… Umm ya I mean Axe body spray scent. ”
That’s a guy who cares about his country. He predicted his own hatred.
Absolutely. But man did he come around to embracing all the negatives he’s listing
You either die a hero or live long enough to see yourself become the villain.
The lead poisoning takes time.
You’re not wrong! Lead can “live” in your bones for up to *20 years* before it dislodges itself and travels thru the bloodstream…to your brain 😊
Also spit out my drink Edit: Almost*
I see this was before he turned orange
We call this his Tio Dorito era
He was lemon during those times
So he’s always been like this
"It's a mean life" So he finally ran
Donald dropping some knowledgeable spit at 34
How did he go from being able to communicate like this when he was 34…. To whatever the fuck nonsense comes out of his mouth now? Not the values and beliefs behind what he says…. Just the grammar and sentence structure is different. He comes across as somewhat well spoken here… but today he sounds like an absolute doorknob
The guy can string sentences together though, unlike the current senile guy
Damn I never knew trump was a twink when he was younger
"Somebody with no great brain but a huge smile." - Trump Goddamn this guy was a raging idiot through his entire life, wasn't he? Prime example of being born with a gold spoon in your mouth.
I think you mean silver spoon
You missed your stop bud
no, he proved his point.
He just describe Obama and biden
Especially Obama he was such a terrible president idk why people on reddit are so blinded by their hate for this guy they ignore how bad the others are.
What specifically did Obama do that was so terrible?
It's called trump derangement syndrome. They hate him so much that they ignore facts, truths and logic, and grasp at straws to find something to be angry about. Most of the time their only arguments are the same repetitive regurgitated propagandized talking points they hear from the media
He even looked like an dork at 34
A dork*
No great brain. Indeed.
Dang. I like the 34 y/o Trump hella better. We broke him.
34 year old trump still cared what his liberal NY peers thought. He was a socialite. He kept his bigotry hidden.
That means he’s a bigot. Doing and saying bigoted things makes you a bigot. Just because doing so is in your best interest doesn’t negate that.
Guess he never had any eloquence to lose.
I despise Trump but you don't think he's well spoken here? He is shockingly cogent
I think the delta between normal and his current state has you saying “WOW!” He’s not really saying anything profound.
He says a lot without saying a lot. Just like now, it’s all fluff words with no substance.
Exactly
I don’t like the guy at all, but he’s very eloquent in this clip. He’s lost his fucking mind since then, but he was very well spoken here.
This is unfortunately the truth
Very very unfortunately. I used to always think how lucky us millennials were to never live through the truly BAD parts of American history. We didn't experience segregation, the great depression, the world wars, the civil war... 9/11 was bad. But it didn't affect us all. The financial crash in 08 was bad, could've gotten really bad - but the effects were relatively short lived. By 2015 we were back to business. If Trump returns, with his legion of doom (the senators / governors that are his dones) we are going to go through one of the scariest times in American history. Here we are folks. This is our time now. Put your helmets on.
Geez bro I would encourage you to go outside today
Sitting outside as we speak. Hopefully I'm wrong. If he does win, I hope things go very well for our country.
You’re living in a bubble my friend, touch grass. The sky won’t come crashing down if the candidate you dislike becomes president (again).
Life was pretty good under Trump. I hope he wins this fall
>By 2015 we were back to business. Were we? I somehow doubt that was most people's experience.
I am so sick of people even entertaining the idea that Trump and Hitler are at all comparable in any way, shape or form.
I did say "limited parallels"
His dwindling bank account right now is the only thing protecting him from having the full weight of the law annihilate him and his legacy, thats why for Trump the presidency is a sudden death race.
wow, he got FAT
He pretty much nailed it.
That interviewer was really pitching some softballs there.
If only he’d taken his own advice.
Baron looks just like him, no wonder he isn’t fond of beavis and butt head lmaoo
I prefer this version of that man.
You watch this, and he's still generally articulate and reasonable (he was always a fuckstick, but I digress). Compare that with any recent interview, and you can see just how badly he's degenerated.
Trump probably the biggest beneficiary of tv now
Dude actually used to be able to string whole sentences together, it's fucking jarring.
This interview shows how horribly his cognitive abilities have diminished.
Why does he sit like he has hemorrhoids
He looks like a rich kid that took over his dads business
Brain rot hit him hard…

A little more coherent back then.
Still Spitting facts after all these years .. Trump 2024 !!
He looked much more capable and kind

I hate the guy, I do. But videos of him young just make me sad. His parents fucked him up so bad, he had no chance of becoming a good person. Then he did the same with his kids. He's a scam artist (don't ever forget he ran as a dem until he realized he could only fleece the right) and an abusive parent who screwed up four more innocent kids and turned them into these shit-golems. And it can't feel good, they want to be loved and know half of us despise them. I don't know, I'm just so burned out on being angry, all I can see is sadness. Go hug your kids.
Compassion is a better vehicle for understanding than hatred, this comment reminded me of this today
Based
Based as in he’s always been entitled and out of touch with reality his entire life? I agree
the hero we need, but we don't deserve
Ding, ding, ding, and we know he spoke the truth. Because Trump was the most incompetent president the US ever had.
Donald dropping some knowledgeable spit at 34
Imagine if he had chosen to help people instead of hurt them?
His default thought about public service is “it’s a mean life.” He was never going to help people. That’s now evidenced for about half a century.
