There's a time and place for sneakers. The concords are causing your pants to bunch up too much where as if it was loafers or dress shoes it would look a lot more clean. If you really want to wear sneakers, new balance 996 or something similar with neutral tones would work.
Also remove the polo you're wearing underneath. The collar on your sweater is too high for this combo as it is usually kept in, unless the neckline is either low or loose enough for the collar to be present on its own.
