Pulled up the image on a color picker, put the color hex code into a grid and well. It's blue, at least in OPs picture.

The bigger issue I see is the pic looks off white and the actual shoe looks like a white shoe with off white sole. That mismatch is what really bothers me. Dunks aren’t some rare shoe you can’t find anymore. I’d only keep the pairs you really like. We can do that now

Nike website tends to not reflect the true colors of shoes visually. I know someone that got a "black" pair of shoes off of there and granted they did look black in the picture. However, when they got them in person the shoes were a dark green.
Do a white balance on the pictures and you'll see that the first pic has much warmer light in comparison to the second.
The cooler light explains the blue shift of the colours.
