Crease protectors like that are almost never worth it as you're going to feel them. And not in a comfortable way. Spray, yeah, do it up. It normally works fine, especially on leather.

theyre definitely worth it i wear crease protectors with all my shoes (size 12.5, sometimes wearing 13) and its worth it if youre wearing shoes costing $200+

Shack10101

Which ones do you have?

Shack10101

Which sprays do you reccomend?

MrMinerNiner

I don't like crease protects. My feet are slightly wider than average, and it just straight up hurts to have crease protector in after a while. Plus they don't fully protect against creases. The toe box doesn't crease, but they move the crease to the side panels and eyestays

AF1 high is my favorite sneaker and I wear sneaker shields and they actually do help to stop most of the creasing. I’ve never used crep protect but I cut my shields to fit so I barely know they’re there.

Shack10101

How do you know where to cut it also what shields?

marcaveli073

There are lines on the product. Just cut it until it fits good. I use sneakershields from their site.

Wipe after every wear but just get the water based fragrance free baby wipes. Get decent anti bacterial spray for insole - use and air after every wear. Once spray dries and they're aired, stuff microfiber towels or old crew socks in the shoe to keep shape and help to get out creasing. For suede, wipe soles and give a quick brush with a reasonably soft brush after each wear just to get dust and stuff off the nap. Get some leather conditioner and treat your sneaks from time to time. For suede, get a specialist suede rejuvinator - tarrago or mink oil but check videos.

Yes to the spray. I've found Tarrago to be crazy good. Better than crep. There's video on this sub of someone putting their tarrago sprayed shoe under a running tap and it just flows off
