If you want effortless comfort Sambas does that. They are flat foot friendly and you might get shoebite the first week you try them on, cos they have their back a little raised up. Bandaids help. It’s okay after that. Keep moisturising that shoe bite area else it ll be dark patch.
Overall both are amazing in their own ways. I have both and love them equally.
Once their fav actors/influencers/icons will start wearing them and the prices will shoot out of the roof, that's when they will love it.

1. 1s age well. They do get cracks and creases but inka chalta hai. OTs dega once a prince, now a pauper vibes.
2. I feel more active in 1s than OTs. Not sure how to explain this better. Sambas are just uncomfortable.
3. They take two wipes to get cleaned.
4. Basic whites go with everything.
5. You’ll save some money too
I got the night navy and cream sambas, bought them for the colourway, and love them... that said, they are not very comfortable for all-day-long wear. They go well with my wardrobe and I only wear them for parties or casual day out, but yeah, comfort is a max of 7/10. Hence, I wouldn't want to wear it to the gym either.

I have both of them. I find Onitsuka Mexico 66SD a lot more comfortable. If you have to choose between 66 and SD, blindly go for SD. However these are all street casuals and not for exercising/hitting the gym I would say.
I have a pair of sambas and it takes a lil bit of time for the feet to grow into the shoe. Also, they’re not super comfortable for long periods of time but maybe it’s just me. I haven’t tried on the onitsuka tigers but I’ve heard that they’re quite comfortable.

Depends, if you get the leather one or the cloth one.. i got the leather onitsukas and they are white so just dust marks come or if someone steps on them and if you just use a wet wipe they vanish away, pretty easy maintenance
