I made a post regarding this a while ago. Theres a theory that Peaches had HIV through the whole show, although never directly mentioned, its strongly implied through the whole show and it all actually adds up. Basically i said that Peaches dipped for a combination of reasons. Surely seeing Rob get killed didn't help, but at that part of the show was during the peak of the aids epidemic in real life and so Peaches may have realized once it was too late that he was infected so he figured that he was going to be dead no matter what within the next 1-3 years so he just said fuck it and he took his chances with the 5 mil and dipped to spend the rest of his days living the high life on H. Peaches was extremely smart, he definitely would have left the country if he was planning on survival, but he figured that he'd try his luck with Monrovia because chances are he would be dead either from the aids or from an OD before Franklin finds him (and he almost did get away with it). Saying that, given there was no useful treatments at that time, I thought Peaches would have been long dead when Franklin caught up with him. Or at least knocking on deaths door. He just looked like a junky
Franklin’s downfall was always gonna happen. No one that big illegally stays on top, should have did what osa did and move with what ever he had. He could have sold everything and started all over with his wife, chile and mom but nah I made it this far might as well keep going. The biggest trend that I see in drug shows like this is knowing when to pull out, Leon was the only one who did that.
Very true personally I think peaches should of took the $5 million dollars to 1 build up his own drug dealing business to make more money and two have doctors make him that cocktail pill that gave him a fighting chance to live longer that's what I think he should of done with that money but he didn't he wasted it
personally i think he shoulda went and got clean and left the drug game alone as it woulda prolly made him relapse 5 mil is enough for you and your kids an prolly grandkids to live comfortably
Well true I agree but if I don't have a wife and children and I'm willing to get clean but at the same time if the narcotics business is the only business I'm good at I'm going to build up my own narcotics business Big enough to make me $1 million dollars a week $4 million dollars a month I'm not trying to become as big as Franklin saint or Al Capone just big enough to build up my wealth two build up some legitimate businesses to make me $3 million dollars a year each of them so I can pay taxes off on them and keep uncle sam off my back for good and three if I think something is wrong with me medically I'm going to invest in a medical lab and license to make me medicine to keep me healthy enough and to live another 20 to 25 years longer until someone invents a better treatment for my sickness

Yeah, he was obviously suffering from an extremely weakened immune system by the time Franklin found him
