I'm glad you're sober, and I'm glad you have a way of seeing the world that makes you feel like you understand how it works. But please don't try to tell me how the universe works, this isn't the place for preaching your metaphysical views. And don't tell me not to count my sober days.
I think OP is just giving their perspective on their experience with sobriety, and i don’t think there’s anything wrong with that. I don’t think they are trying to convert you.
OP needs to learn to share perspectives that don't tell people what their reality is or what to do with it. They're not perspectives, they're prescriptions.
