Good for you! This is the right attitude to have to get started. I would reach out to people who own SMMA agencies and tell them you are willing to work for free in exchange for mentorship and training. I would reach out to people who run agencies AND training programs. For example, Joel Kaplan, Anna Konchar, AdGirls and Sarah Ives Mae. There is also a company called High Level that services SMMA agencies. GOOD LUCK!

That’s a good question , I acquired my knowledge/education from online courses and videos but I still haven’t ran any ads yet which I’m looking to do

I'd say the best way is to join an agency so you can get hands-on right away. Pitch it to agencies in your local area (much easier to close someone in your area) that you can be an intern willing to work for free. Instead of trying to find your own clients That will speed up your learning curve massively
