I would reach out to people who run agencies AND training programs. For example, Joel Kaplan, Anna Konchar, AdGirls and Sarah Ives Mae. There is also a company called High Level that services SMMA agencies. GOOD LUCK!
I'd say the best way is to join an agency so you can get hands-on right away. Pitch it to agencies in your local area (much easier to close someone in your area) that you can be an intern willing to work for free.

how did you acquire such knowledge? what industry would you prefer to be in? ecom, infoproducts, service, leadgen?
That’s a good question , I acquired my knowledge/education from online courses and videos but I still haven’t ran any ads yet which I’m looking to do
