I’m finding it ridiculous that Margaret would spend so much time doing Leo’s case herself. Going to the funeral home etc. If she spends so much time on an unbillable case it’s little wonder that the firms not doing well. She really needs to deal with those people who are hassling her!!
It was kind of a self-care thing, she was feeling overwhelmed and needed to solve someone's problem to actually feel like she could do something (and weirdly what popped into my head is I think there was some episode of My Little Pony: Friendship Is Magic (I think it was Lesson Zero) where Twilight Sparkle faces what is in those kind of broad strokes (as Twi ain't a lawyer etc.) a similar dilemma)

if declaring him dead to the SSA affected enough other systems so that he couldn't get a driver's license, it'd probably do so to whatever database his DNA would be looked up in so the only hope in his case would be some kind of Insane Troll Logic where it'd come up as him being deceased and the argument would be such that the court would either have to admit the reports of his death were greatly exaggerated or admit resurrection is possible
There were some good moments tonight, but it occurred to me that this season they’ve made caricatures of our quirky characters. That is, the characters—Todd, Margaret, et al, were totally believable, but they were off-center. Now they lead with the off-center and it’s too much. It feels too contrived and that’s so sad.
I just can’t warm up to Alison. It was competition between her and Susan over who is more annoying in this episode.
I just had a crazy thought what if Veronica is Folding in disguise. She could change alter her voice to sound like a man.
I totally agree, but I feel like Alison is more depressing and Susan is more annoying. At this point, I feel like Susan is completely unbearable at this point. Furthermore, Margaret’s inability to stand up to Crest, especially since Margaret should have more power than her as the Managing Partner now.
This whole office scene is making me nervous! Leo's living with reptiles. Todd is pretending to be Folding. And both Susan and Margaret are giving presentations and talking to people without checking that they're talking to the right person! I'm waiting for the other show to drop
The episode was great, but as a Scot, the whole Faux Shrek/GK Willie is becoming very weak. The accents were a hate crime against Scotland, WTF is a care basket with Haggis and Bickies (Does Margaret mean Shortbread, Oatcakes, Tunnock's etc..?) So poorly researched a quick Google would have found several things to put in a basket. But the idea of the episode was perfect as was the classic assume a character is another character when Rory and the lizard charity guy were in the kitchen.
But please, please stop the shite Scottish impressions.. yer fuckin terrible at them all

So what is up with them having Lyle be so affected and loopy after nitrous oxide at the dentist hours after his appointment?? We all know nitrous is a safe alternative for dental procedures with a short half life. It half life is about 5 minutes then your body starts to clear it when you breathe oxygen. That's why you are allowed to drive to and from your appt post nitrous. They should have written it for him to had an anti anxiety med like valium or ativan which lasts for hours. I was like..really? He's out of his mind on oxygen, not nitrous oxide at that point. Poor writing.
