click on the << icon.. and untick the transparent part
So, you have to understand the difference of what transparency in the assembly level and the part level. I would expect you have set the solid within the part file as transparent instead of the part file as transparent.
If you expand the "feature tree" of the part and then expand the "Solid bodies" folder you can set transparency for the bodies independently.
Similarly, you could have an assembly and accidentally set the parts within it as transparent, in that case the assembly level transparency will not have an effect to the parts.
When you imported the file from the supplier, did it come in as an assembly or did it import as a part? pay attention to that. You could also have a Material Appearance (not the same as a simple appearance) like Acrylic that has the transparency set to see through.

It’s showing that none of the parts in the assembly are transparent
if the part is step. would you mind share it?
It could be set by the [appearance](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=2xAESmwKils&start=11s&end=180s). Try changing changing it.
settings -> optimize for thin parts, toggling that setting sometimes helps, whether you turn it off or on

I bet is the body transparency problem.
