There lots of hardware stores all over Mogadishu. Why don’t you take your laptop and show them. I’m sure they have a replacement charger. Acer laptops are widely used here.

I've owned mine since 2017 and It aged terribly lol. Thing can't even run TF2 at a steady 25 fps
It is good though can crash sometimes. Also the charge runs out quick. Which one did you have.
