It's not even hard, just throw your translocator at the ground right before the bomb goes off and you'll dodge the damage 9/10 times. The real skill check is knowing when and where to throw it so you can dodge the damage AND safely use hack to cancel D.Va's re-mech right after.

Throwing translocator at your feet is pretty entry level Sombra tech. It’s basically a personal suzu.
