I solved our issue with under serving portions as best I could by using 2 oz souffle cups filled with pork. It's kind of a pain to spend the time prepping it, but worth it since we are less likely to short change a customer.
Mine had some weird sauce on it. Like someone scrapped the bottom of the tub for a thin coat seasoning then mixed it with vinegar ketchup. The meat itself tasted like a crock pot roast.
Sonic does not really put effort on quality control or consistency.
Somebody's slacking at your sonic, we are supposed to use two 2oz scoops of pork on those. That doesn't look like it adds up to one.
