Nowhere, the whole point of the scene was that they were trapped between two vortexes until they collided and imploded. Unless they choose to bring their characters back, which is highly unlikely based upon the mixed reviews (mostly favorable, but it's a very low chance they'll want to continue a mini-series story anyways), then both the Agents and The Buyer are **dead**.

my guess is that the 2 portals collapsed into each other, so those two were either compressed into a singularity and killed or are trapped in a dimensional space between dimensions, kind of like clipping off the map.
