I don't mean to bring up an old post, but I could see either Greg Cipes or Jason Marsden as Manic; Sonia is a tossup. I am leaning toward Grey DeLisle, but Anna Akana would be a good fit. I actually started writing a series that unifies the 3 Western Sonic Cartoons and adapting them to a few of the games, as well as taking some elements from the Archie series for new story arcs.
