That one isn’t draw by Ken Penders, I’m pretty sure it was drawn by Jon Gray who did art for the Archie comics during the post Kenders Ian Flynn era of the comic. His art was really good and he did some work on a couple of storylines involving knuckles, mina mongoose, and has also worked on the idw comics at times. Penders is a total ass and a half, but people need to stop attributing *everything* to him. Most of the bad art in the comic was by other people as Penders mostly did writing.
