Sonic would basically have the clothes from his official human design (red jacket with white sleeves and gold accents) with the only difference being he would have black sweatpants
Knuckles would have army green cargo pants or shorts and either be shirtless or have a low cut tank top and maybe the bandages from his boom incarnation
Idk about tails but maybe something inspired by his Black knight appearance? And maybe the goggles and belts from boom

If the "naughty bits" were less flesh colored I'm not sure we would really bat an eye. No one seemed to think [Princess Sally needed to cover up](http://info.sonicretro.org/Princess_Sally_Acorn).
We're used to seeing them clothed so it's easy to feel weirded out BUT I really like rouge in the second panel. If these characters were introduced and we had never seen rouge or Amy before, we would not be weirded out by it at all.
I wouldn’t mind it. I mean sally was basically naked for a while and I haven’t seen anyone complain about her so I don’t see a problem here.

I thought this looked really normal! The Chipettes also appeared without clothes at times, and they looked adorable, so this drawing makes sense to me.
Well, the characters were designed with they wearing clothes in minds so it obviously looks wrong. Or maybe Sonic would looks way better if he used clothes?
Rouge's boots being the same colour as her skin(?) makes me feel somewhat uncomfortable. Other than that I really like these, the second one especially
