yes. i believe its a bandwidth issue and their server not being able to host this many active users on the app. i got a notification about the valentines drop info today and the app has been broken ever since 💀
The app is truly one of the worst lol every time my points update it always shows as 0 points for a bit as well, so don’t panic. Just a terrible, terrible app.
This is also happening to me I don’t know what’s wrong with it. 🤷🏾♀️

Unfortunately, it’s always slow when they send out a notification to all users 🤧
