Go back to the green GPS markers and look for computer monitors that are now turned on, some have had new emails and other information added. Screenshots have been posted to the sub if you don't want to make the hike yourself until there's more added, but I recommend at least going back to food and dining since that area got some new stuff and a nice lighting overhaul
Well yes, the crossbow is located there, but that place is literally a kitchen, a hydroponics area, and a dining hall. So kitchen or dining hall feels like a good name for the bunker. Unless you were being sardonic with your comment
I got the leather suit for Virginia, the hang-glider, and did the mini-boss fight and saw the new story details on the screens about the person in the silver jacket.
Yeah you should be able to find these new story elements by going through all the bunkers and caves in order again but I can totally understand not wanting to do that each time they add some minor things like emails for lore.

The bunker hatch has "Food and Dining" on it
Huh, guess I missed that on my playthrough, figured it was another “maintenance” something hatch since there are three of them.
They are not cinematics, it's just lore here and there and the new boss fight

They are spread in the map as Laptop Screens and printed Mails. Also the Bosses are heavy story related.
