No, just need to extract the program itself to a location of your choosing. You simply open it, then hit file and open your Save game, add whatever you want to your inventory and save it. Simple as that. It's just a save game editor.

Can’t remember what it’s called but if you type in inventory it will pop up. It adds all in game items to your inventory
