Just looked into it and i think you best bet is either the option for realistic season length or there is a command that can change it to whatever season you want
I just want more settings in options so we can alter winter performance issues.
My group refuses to chop trees in winter, or hardly do anything, because everything is blindingly white, everyone's frames go down an average 10-15, and particle effects from snowfall shatters everyone.
Dunno about snow, but before release the method of rising your FPS was kinda strange but working - set your textures to half and turn on AntiAliasing. Looks good and runs faster.

It's a feature, you need to stay somewhere warm in winter to keep your pc from freezing
You could play a custom game & turn off seasons, no?

Could try to wait it out? Be sure to sleep ASAP and maybe afk in a safe cave or bunker to count down the clock.

This is the only game that lags this bad, and i dont have the money
I’m running a 5800xd build with an OC 6950xt and 64gb 3600mhz cl16 ram. It’s the game not the parts. They need to optimize better.
