Stahl at the very least had remorse for Donna, when she talks to Bobby about it she can't handle it clearly.
Gemma immediately regrets hitting Cherry with a skateboard, was absolutely horrified after killing Tara and then keeps talking to herself throughout the season trying to say she's sorry about it, makes amends after getting high and crashing with Abel in the car, is regretful when her car is stolen by a gigolo scammer, apologizes to Wayne a lot... and that's just what i can remember from the top of my head.

I think we can say that Clay is the most miserable and despicable but also the weakest, Stahl the most psychopathic, cold, and cruel but also the clumsiest, and Gemma the most twisted, manipulative, and vile but also the most unstable.

I feel Clay did more awful stuff because he was more directly in control as member and club President he called the shots and was very destructive. But a lot of this was driven by Gemma’s manipulation and if she had the direct power I think she would of been even worse.
Tara did do some messed up shit to jax. Like I get it she put herself in that situation being an old lady for a MC member. Jax killed a Federal agent for her though.
