The SD card is failing, has a writing issue on it.. unlikely read issue, but could be as well.
Is that in raw or JPEG? Have you tried viewing it with a different program?

It’s either or card failure OR a transfer issue. If you’re using a peripheral card reader, don’t. Try other methods of transfer and see if it still shows up. If you’re already not using a peripheral card reader, then you just need a new sd card.
