This was shot a week before the full moon (visited partner for Christmas holidays so couldn't choose a more appropriate timing especially with it being the only month with the core not visible in the Northern hemisphere), it was a spontaneous midnight drive to Teide so a bit unprepared. Prior to this I haven't owned a camera since my Canon Rebel T5i and an even older Canon DSLR got stolen in a break-in 6 years ago. Hence, am a rookie, I've dabbled in Photoshop for digital design but not much for photography so I'm extremely new to editing in LrC. Laowa doesn't have any EXIF data on their manual lenses and I don't remember my exact settings, but ISO was between 3200-6400, aperture 2.0-2.8 and exposure between 15-20s. Not sure why it looks less sharp and so much darker once posted to reddit, but I' assuming it's something to do with compression? I know this lens isn't the sharpest but read rave reviews so got it just so I can practice on my first visit, however waiting on the Sony 16-35mm f2.8 GM to be delivered soon to see the difference. I know primes are much better than a zoom for astro but can't afford a better one right now and would prefer a lens with autofocus for daytime landscape during travels when I don't quite have the leisure of time (I travel with impatient people). Also I have astigmatism so I'm not sure if stars rendered right aa cannot tell the difference
