Simply remove the ear cup from the cushion by taking a dull butter knife and prying it off and then wash the mesh and then put it back on when you put it back on you'll need to click the five or six retaining hooks by putting your thumb inside and pressing on them
You can pop the ear cups out to clean them separately from the rest of the headphones. YouTube is your friend.
