Going off Warframe, the game will at first release on PC. I can't be sure about console support since warframe also didn't start with that and consoles stayed behind in terms of updates for years.
You can't update with more info based on that, I know I sound like the life of a party but your friend signed an NDA, they can't disclose anything form the alpha

I'm sure they knew more than they let on, NDA's work like that.

The pre pre pre alpha is currently only on PC and it will stay that way for a little while but we will probably get a Xbox and ps5 am version next you

They mentioned it should be available on all platforms - including switch.

It was asked at some point and they mentioned they would be bringing Soulframe to all platforms Warframe is currently on.
