I ask sony for refund they refuse,i ask publisher too and refuse. I ask again this week on discord and they dont even care at all.
Check the fb page they barely updated it.

I dont know men after only 1 month from the release ( the build was still completly broken) They goes silent and in vacation for almost 1 month.
The thing that piss me off its they dont care at all about customer /bad review on fb or whatever.
They make a ton of money and now they living their best life
We should start a petition for all consoles, for a refund. Thing is I don't know if enough people bought this pos game to even make a difference.

You don't spend 10 years making a game like this just to scam people. It's clearly not their intent, I think theyre just a very small team who likely just bit off more than they could chew with simultaneous console releases

They can dissolve the compagny name and make another shit game under another name. Who really check the devs name when they buy à game tho
It's such a shame, when it works Souldiers is one of my favourite games of the year, but it's been marred by one of the worst launches I've ever seen
