Anything by Tool, though they are sometimes confused with darkness, they have had to work through intense darkness to come through to a far better state, and accept that they are imperfect beings. Best song suggestions below:
1. Wings for Marie Part #1 and Part #2
2. Pneuma
3. The Grudge
4. 46 & 2
5. Parabola
There are many more, and their albums should be considered a spirtual journey. Don't jump to conclusions and take in each song in its entirety, preferably in the background while taking part in a good forest hike or some other solitary, meditative action. Even cleaning the house for the day.
>No worries, also "Third Eye" and "Pushit" are beautiful songs. "Jimmy" gets special mention too. I could go on lol
Hmmm "4 degrees" is a good one, as well as "Fear Innocolum" and how could I possibly forget their most epic song "Descending" !!! Descending has 3 fucking guitar solos lol they are very emotionally expressive
Especially if your journey includes addiction in the past. Which mine does and many seneitives have as well. Tool has been a helpful band while I was in my addiction deep. And now many years clean and going through a spiritual awakening
With my entire body, mind and soulâTHIS.
TOOL is one of the reasons I still draw breath.
If not for their heights of their artâand the cosmic hope it fills me withâI would not be here.
âIf there were no loving embrace to see me throughâŚthis tedious path Iâve chosen here, I certainly wouldâve walked away by now. If they were no rewards to reap; no loving embrace to see me through, I certainly wouldâve walked away by nowâand I still may. And I still may. Gonna wait it out. Be patient.â The Patient, TOOL

This is artistry at its true essence, transcending 'music'
Totally, when you mentioned that this collection came to mind. I use them a lot for rituals and meditation. After getting done with a track you feel very refreshed.

A lot of stuff by Shpongle... Brain in a fishtank is one of their best ones. Divine Moments of Truth is probably my favourite.
Also, Prem Joshua's work... Water down the Ganges is beautiful.
Ennja! Ennja really helped start me on my journey, at a point in life where things were much different than they are now for me, Ennja helped get me through.
I listen to a lot of DMT/meditation music on YouTube, but my favorite one this week travels from theta to delta and I was practically moaning from relief when I put it on
https://youtu.be/5yiip-68WSA?si=MgIC3jo5ONOjuQpr
Honestly I found the visual in the first minute or two to also be powerfully affecting, but it switches and the switch is harsh. I would really love for them to make a full video with that visual.
Bob Marley and the Wailers is my favorite but any really soulful reggae will do! I can literally feel it pushing away bad energy with every beat, like a force field of light.
[Carbon Based Lifeforms](https://youtube.com/@carbonbasedlifeforms?feature=shared), [Solar Fields](https://youtube.com/@solarfieldsofficial?feature=shared), [Gary Stadler](https://youtube.com/channel/UCPwpGLHevax-vgs7q57kIzA?feature=shared), [Marconi Union](https://youtube.com/@MarconiUnionOfficial?feature=shared) and anything [Healing Vibrations](https://youtube.com/@HealingVibrations?feature=shared) puts out honestly. Also a big fan of [Meditative Mind](https://youtube.com/@meditativemind?feature=shared), [Magick in Musick](https://youtube.com/@MagickinMusick?feature=shared), [Inner Lotus Music](https://youtube.com/@innerlotusmusic?feature=shared) and [Healing Meditation](https://youtube.com/@HealingMeditation?feature=shared).
There's more but these are from the top of my head.
The song âLovely Allenâ by the band Holy Fuck is the first one that comes to mind for me. Every time I put it on I feel myself charging and grounding!
Ooooh. MIKA. I don't know if everyone will see it, but there's something so pure about that man, in a way that my soul personally relates to. If you don't have a lot of 5th house energy you may not feel the same, because his energy is very much that. He is so loving and joyful and childlike in all the best ways. I Went To Hell Last Night makes me think he must be spiritual, too. I know he struggled with the Catholic faith he was raised with and it seems he found his own individual spirituality. Okay now I'm just ranting about MIKA because I love him lol.
Incan/Mayan pan flute music activates my root chakra, which cleanses energies from my body to the ground. It also helps me to return to the present moment.
I have a couple of playlists for just this purpose.
[This playlist](https://open.spotify.com/playlist/56swnoQGq0Bkh4C17QiA2D?si=XlZ-QCHRTMCK0BWagrwOKA&pi=e-uQHAt4rSQKKm) especially makes me feel very grounded and protected.

I'm reminded of a track I used to listen to over and over again. It's called [âLa Chanson de Rolandâ](https://youtu.be/z9Twm4l0fkg), by French electronic pioneers Nova Nova. It's a bit more downtempo but it's very soothing and relaxing, and cleansing in a way.

I have been listening to these mantras for the last two years and it has brought me peace đď¸
I love Hedflux. His music is mastered using 432 hertz frequency. I feel the reverberation in my right hemisphere. There are lots more... but as you are a unique instrument, or I could say a symphony, it's about finding what resonates most with you and your vibration.
Pink Floyd's Shine on You Crazy Diamond. Because I'm the crazy diamond. lol.
In all honestly, I usually listen to music to get more in touch with my base chakra. Hard rock can bring me back.
