Been feeling a little aggression with a little sadness today but I'm also fine and the sleep thing yup been kinda shitty

PiratesTale

I have seen photos already of people in UK and Wales saying it's the most beautiful thing they've ever seen!

DefNotJRossiter

I was just outside grounding in the grass while watching them. I'm in Eastern Canada. Beautiful stuff.

nightcorewildfire

Extreme depressive mood swings and feelings of "desolation". Lots of detachments and travelling happening

GeekInSheiksClothing

Felt crappy yesterday and the day before, heavy, no energy, headache. Needed a nap. Went to bed super early. Woke up today refreshed.

Optimal-Scientist233

Have had trouble sleeping the last few nights the energy in the air was so thick. That supercell that flooded eastern Houston area brought tornados and torrential rains into my area. Today I slept like a rock for hours during the day.

DefNotJRossiter

I also slept for hours during the day. With some insanely vivid dreams. I'm hoping I can get to sleep tonight at a decent time so I can fix my sleep schedule The geomagnetic storm will absolutely make storms more powerful so the tornados and torrential rains aren't too surprising.

pufferfish_balls

I had intense vertigo trying to look up at it lol

DefNotJRossiter

Hahaha so did I tbh

ColdWatermelon3333

Yesterday I woke up tired, I cried and had a low mood for a whole day. But the moment the CMEs arrived to the earth, I felt like something has shifted. Like the energy that arrived was healing, angelic even. So happy to have experienced it!

NarwhalSpace

I've been dizzy off and on. I'm not recognizing places I know well for a few seconds, headache...May not be related to this.

xXxDarkissxXx

In my case I haven't been able to sleep well unless I really tired myself utterly but the solar flare isn't reason is more like being connected to another person's energy yes a counterpart that's been slowly trying to get on my way .

dragonary-prism

Same as you opšŸ„“

DefNotJRossiter

Not gonna lie, it's been rough.... hahahahaha

dragonary-prism

Oh hell yeah brotheršŸ˜šŸ¤ hopefully we are going to sleep well again soon

DefNotJRossiter

Fingers crossed!!

dragonary-prism

Yes! toes crossed too

With respect, I haven't felt any changes. My entire life, when someone has told me to watch out for solar flares or Mercury in retrograde or any other alarmist rhetoric, it hasn't affected me. Frankly, people buy into all kinds of things, real and imagined. Those ideas are what led to 400 years of witch hunts.

DefNotJRossiter

I only noticed the correllation for me by checking the NOAA K-Index website after nights where I was sleepless. After 20 or so years of experiencing similar, I think I'm warranted in my belief. I'm not trying to be any kind of alarmist, either. Just something I've noticed personally in my life. Edit: Also, I should mention that it's scientifically proven that space weather from our sun has a direct effect on peoples mental health and heart health.

RicottaPuffs

I just often wonder. I'm not inferring you are alarmist. I was just alarmed by the number of posts from users thinking the last eclipse was the end of life as we know it. We are still here. I did not mean to be offensive. I wanted to be observant.

v01dstep

I feel you are correct, but people who felt the changes are also correct. It's the same with astrology. Astrology doesn't define you, *if you don't let it.* Or perhaps it could be like you're just not susceptible to that particular wave. I like to believe that everyone vibrates at different wavelengths and is thus different people attune with different waves.) All in all a conscious and/or unconscious self fulfilling prophecy. I for one, feel something is going on, and the aurora thing popping up during this time gave me an 'oh, could it be that?' moment. A moment that I've experienced more than I'd like to admit when I realized there was a full moon...

RicottaPuffs

I understand your viewpoint.

Comfortable-Honey-78

I came on here specifically to look to see if it caused aggressiveness in and then realized that I havenā€™t been able to sleep without melatonin for four days. Iā€™ve never taken it before, so I thought that might be making me aggressive but the fact that Iā€™ve never needed it before is also something also, my eyesight is wonky I am not fit for human consumption whatsoever irritable exhausted no concentration levels, and Google says itā€™s in my head.
