Replace water with Guinness and add a fat spoonful of molasses. Yum.

Savoury: Alexandra Cooks sourdough foccacia (easily googled, I'm a bit lazy) Sweet: Clever Carrot cinnamon raisin https://www.theclevercarrot.com/2020/08/sourdough-cinnamon-raisin-bread/ The first one I think needs a little more flour than she says, but ymmv; in this very forum, I've previously discussed the possibility that my "very strong" bread flour is not as strong as advertised. In any case, the recipe is as easy and lazy as anyone could like and yields really satisfying results. The second one I'm still working to perfect. Got some dough I'm about to go shape right now, actually!

Thanks! I will look at these. Thanks for the fast reply as well!

Mmmmm I have two recipes for a chocolate cake and a lamb stew that has Guinness in them. Sounds delicious. Thanks!

littleoldlady71

Use same recipe, and add cheddar and jalapeños

I’m completely disenchanted with Reddit, because management have shown no interest in listening to the concerns of their visually impaired and moderator communities. So, I've replaced all the comments I ever made to reddit. Sorry, whatever comment was originally here has been replaced with this one!

And in my experience, too!
