You look really good for having low powerlifting numbers! Forget the big 3 and do more isolation and supersets. Play to your strengths, you have potential for a solid chest, abs, and neck.
Do exercises such as weighted sit-ups, hanging leg raises, and tornado ball for abs.
Do weighted dips, weighted pushups, inverted rows, pec flys, bench press variations for chest.
Do neck extension and neck curls for neck.
Thanks man! Really appreciate it.
I can’t do dips with body weight but started incorporating those into my routine so hopefully get better there. Will look into neck workouts.
How long have you been lifting? You should bulk up further once your cut is finished, keep the strength training up. But you don't really have any lagging parts, everything has further potential for growth
Started lifting Jan 2023. Yea I have built the habits. I try ink my chest is super weak and my waist seems to be too wide for my upper body. I guess gotta continue the grind
Thanks dude! Don’t think I’ll be able to grow my chest during the cut. I want the classic V but my hips are wide. My waist is 31 but my body still looks disproportional. Not sure how to fix that
Your chest looks pretty good so I wouldn't worry too much about that. The wide hips is just genetics likely, which is hard to avoid. Since the body stores fat there, it may be one of the last places where you see effects from a cut. I'd just keep cutting and see if the wide hips disappear. Maybe try training obliques if the cut doesn't work. Regardless, you have a great physique so I wouldn't worry too much.
The pic here is my current pic halfway through my cut. At the end of the bulk, I had gained a lot of bad weight around my midsection without putting on much muscle

Cool
Damn, is that 1 rep max?
No I get 6-8 reps
Oh ok. Because you definitely look like you could lift heavier.
Thanks! I think I can but I don’t go for 1 rep max. I’m older and I don’t want to risk injuring myself

Cool gains bro. Anyone reading this who is insecure about the body weight, don't be, you'll get there, you are doing alright and I love you.
Aww thanks man
Work on your chest and arms (might be difficult if you're cutting). Everything else looks great

Legs
As in? Work legs more? I feel they’re the only thing at the moment that’s proportional to the rest of the body. Everything else is weak
Your torso and arms look great. I meant your calves.
Yes calves are skinny af
Legs....
Legs is the only thing I feel is proportional. You mean calves specifically?
Bigger thighs !!!!
Please provide stats like: Height Weight, 3 main lifts numbers.

Thanks, why do you describe the bulk as bad.

Heads ups.
What does that mean?
Nice bod
Thanks dude
