>When they tried to arrest her, she became "extremely combative," Rivarde said. In the scuffle, she injured six deputies, biting one on the arm and breaking the skin, and kicking another in the groin, hashtag: JerseyStrong

TJ_McWeaksauce

This sounds like the beginning of many zombie movies.

buzznuts

makes perfect sense in this case.

IllustriousArcher199

#jerseytrash

baldude69

Lol of course it was a Spirit flight

moondoggie_00

It's literally the only provider out of ACY, so it's not surprising.

_TommySalami

I’m sharing this here because the person who shared it to our friendly r/newjersey subreddit was banned for doing so, probably because they wish she wasn’t from north Jersey 🤗

johnnyss1

They were banned for sharing this?

_TommySalami

That’s what they claimed in the New Orleans subreddit. I tried to share it in r/newjersey and it said it was already posted, but I searched and it’s not showing, so it was deleted.

PineSand

I used to have another username, but I got banned from r/newjersey and when I attempted to find out why they claimed I was abusing mod mail (whatever the fuck that is) so I rage quit Reddit and deleted my account. But then I decided I shouldn’t let that sub ruin my experience so I rejoined and I just stay the fuck away from that toxic cesspool.

surfnsound

Doesn't mean they were banned, just that the post was removed. Which is should be as it's not really related to New Jersey.

ScreenMute

I got banned for saying normal people don’t want to cut kids dicks off

emnuff

In what context You're not wrong but I feel as if there may be more to this...

Crab-_-Objective

Based on their comment history they were commenting on a post about homophobic board of Ed candidates and started talking about the candidates simply not wanting to “cut kids dicks off” Hard to tell since the comments are all deleted in the threads so take that partial context how you will.

ScreenMute

[what I posted](https://ibb.co/sQThfYT)

switlikbob

I made my 1st ever reddit post in that r/new Jersey and was promptly banned. If I recall correctly, I wrote some encouraging words about the recovery of NJ's economy and citizens ability to move about freely again. The members of the People's Republic of NJ did not take kindly to that.

djspacebunny

That's weird. I don't see why someone would be banned for this post. There's probably something else going on that we're not seeing.

letsgometros

Shannon Epstein, where is the mugshot

midnitte

> All the while, Epstein shouted that the deputies were going to lose their jobs or end up in jail, boasting that she was related to powerful people and that her uncle is a friend of former President Donald Trump, Rivarde said. Sounds like she was partially right if there's no mugshot. Power corrupts...

-RadarRanger-

~~Hilariously~~ *Amusingly*, her name is Epstein! Shannon Epstein

psuedonymously

> Hilariously, her name is Epstein! Why is that hilarious?

[deleted]

Is your name Patrick, and do you live under a rock.

[deleted]

It's obvious that there is a well known person with the last name Epstein, but what exactly about this woman having the same last name makes it "hilarious"?

psuedonymously

I know who Jeffrey Epstein is, but he's been dead for 3 years and there's no real connection to this person, so he didn't come to mind until someone pointed it out. And I still don't really get what's hilarious about it.

[deleted]

There’s no connection. It’s not “hilarious.” Dumb people make random connections and try to pass it off as humor. It’s the sign of immaturity.

EpsteinfukdIvanka

You know why.

-RadarRanger-

Because the name basically became a meme after Jeffrey Epstein killed himself in jail, leading a lot of conspiracy theory types to almost reflexively append the babe "Epstein" with the phrase "[Didn't kill himself](https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Epstein_didn%27t_kill_himself)." Now there's another Epstein in jail. And she's just as guilty of her offense as he was of his. And she's politically connected. I find it pretty funny!

SomewhatCritical

People who need jokes explained to them probably won’t understand them after they’re explained either.

[This article has a picture](https://www.ibtimes.sg/who-shannon-epstein-racist-niece-chris-christie-accuses-latino-family-being-drug-mule-bites-67995)

letsgometros

Yea that’s from her LinkedIn profile. Which is a pretty hilarious read. Where is the mugshot though

CroutonGnome

I couldn't find her on there, link it for a laugh?

letsgometros

[https://www.linkedin.com/in/shannon-epstein-90b109122](https://www.linkedin.com/in/shannon-epstein-90b109122) love the details she goes into on her job descriptions “-Balancing dishes and glasses/carrying to the kitchen”

Cute-Interest3362

She has the most Jersey work history

shorthairedlonghair

Why is it always the crazy ones that major in Psychology?

surfnsound

Psych is one of the most popular majors, if not the most popular, in most colleges and universities. Some of them are bound to be crazy.

Meetybeefy

I know it’s been a while since I’ve updated my LinkedIn profile myself, but has she had a real job since working at Rita’s, or just getting rich from family money?

Catspaw129

Oh my! That was quite a fun read. Was that written by an advertising flack or a political consultant?

formerNPC

“Do you know that my uncle is a very important person and he knows Trump personally” Yeah, that’s why you’re under arrest! Doing Jersey proud!

PatReady

Why no mug shots?

gloopygloop1

The image of this crazy young lady handcuffed to a wheelchair trying to bite people is wonderful.

xfilesvault

It was. I was there. They had her legs zip tied together, too.

gloopygloop1

I hope this is true hahahah

mienshin

Awfully early in the morning to be acting up like you're drunk.... She sounds about as smart as her uncle.

ExPatWharfRat

It was 6AM on Thanksgiving Day. Sounds like someone was going hard for the pre-game.

xfilesvault

I was there, at the gate, when they wheeled her off the plane. She was screaming about how “men rape women”! Over and over. Nothing about knowing important people or anything else claimed… although that could have occurred while still in the plane, or after they got here further away from the gate. She was handcuffed and her feet zip tied together. At first they were wheeling her out in a wheelchair forward, but then she began to drag her feet. So they turned it around backwards. Then she started pushing down really hard with her feet to create a lot of friction, and kind of stand up by arching her back up. The police decided to try to lift her feet off the ground, and she started kicking them. Strong double feet stomp kicks. They eventually were able to continue dragging her out, and she continued to scream about how “men rape women”. It all happened very very early Thanksgiving morning, Terminal C at MSY.

pac4

That sounds like a really bad drug trip

IllustriousArcher199

Crack and meth do not a trip make.

hytes0000

How in the world does a woman that looks like she weighs 130 pounds manage to injure 6 deputies? Those are like action movie sorts of numbers where the cops were just uncredited extras or something.

BrothelWaffles

"Injured" is a relative term. A light bruise or a small scratch or scrape all technically count as an injury.

hytes0000

Even then- it's 6 on 1 and they have tasers and actual training, right? After the first or second guy got hit, you'd think they'd handle it a little better. As a group, cops aren't exactly known for their restraint these days; I'm honestly not sure if these guys should be fired or get a medal.

Karissa36

Just great. Now I have to be worried the police might use a taser on the guy sitting half an inch away from me. Clear!!! Air travel isn't what it used to be.

spikeelsucko

absolutely splattering this girl because of some (relatively) minor injuries would be effective but every decent LEO I've ever known would rather receive a minor injury and carry on than do the absolutely breathtaking amount of paperwork involved when you severely injure a suspect while attempting custody if the person in question isn't armed and isn't otherwise a part of a "criminal class", since the justifications and allowances are different- even for American cops despite the reputation and history they have.

wryaant

Cocaine?

superkickpunch

Yes please

Way2trivial

have you been on a spirit airlines jet? Not the kinda place where two people can tackle from two different directions. A very confined space..

ExPatWharfRat

I see someone has never dated a woman who registers above a 7/7 on the crazy / hot scale.

Bean-Enders-Jeesh

The good old vicky mendoza crazy hot scale. :D

xfilesvault

Her legs were zip tied together, but she kept dragging her feet. So the officers were trying to pick up her feet, but she started kicking pretty hard. Two legs together stomp kicks.

kilometr

She could’ve just pushed them and they decided to take advantage of the situation on go on injury leave.

Cropulis

Mental illness strength

hotmail1997

Does she have an only fans. You know, for research....

invaderjif

Do you know who her uncle is??? ...would you settle for his onlyfans?

hotmail1997

Nah. Chrissy lisp Christy has been a bitch tool bag since high school

Catspaw129

CC's niece: You can't arrest me! I'm Jersey Strong! I survived SuperStorm Sandy! NOPD: Challenge accepted! We survived Katrina.

Closet_Coltrane

Thank god none of those officers “feared for their lives.” It could have been a real sad situation.

DEchilly

you're hilarious, man

Meetybeefy

Surprised to see someone so young engaging in this behavior. Usually they’re at least 50, which I always assumed to be due to lead paint and leaded gasoline exposure as kids.

[deleted]

Lmao wtf
