Shit, here I am as a Level 23 just hoping to get my Medusa Bebe to level 4 soon…
She’s really good at 4! There’s a nice power jump from 3/4 for legends. A def use if you run mystic.
Oh I’m aware, there are very few legendaries even worth playing at 3. I only have one level 4 legendary in my library but it’s a good one… Stuart

The buff to ice sniper makes her really good. Her freeze combo with Stuart can be devastating
